Dear sir i face issue in my Pocco F3. My phone automatically work sometimes while screen locked. And sometime make calls or send messages and use applications automatically. Kindly help me how to fix this issue. I use unlocked method fingerprint and pattern.

My redmi 9a, always say don't cover the ear area(I disabled it by turning off the pocket locked) but my only problem is during calls the screen is turning off and I can't even turning on , I want to use the loudspeaker but due to the problem I can't use this feature.
Go to Screen seetings to additional seetings for block Screen settings then disable pocket mode.. should be it....
How to you fix that problm please tell me! 😭

Thanks, but Poco F3 sensor is not Fixble. It's a hardware bug on the phone.

Poco f3 has no proximity sensor
Same pco m3 have no proximity censored
Almost every Xiaomi phone has it, maybe not the flagship ones
It's not a hardware bug, it's that they decided to use a virtual proximity sensor instead of a normal one. It uses the gyroscope and other sensors to determine if the phone is next to your ear, which I would assume to be cheaper, but it's not very reliable. It is not fixable, but it's not a hardware bug

Facing this issue in poco m2 pro.Guyz truly speaking all chinese companies are not up to the standard. Especially xiaomi has lots of issues regarding software updates. I prefer samsung, lg or other good brand

Bro how to totally turn off proximity sensor? My proximity sensor has hardware fault, I can only only disable it for calls, but not for all other calling apps e.g. WhatsApp. Please tell me how can I permanently disable proximity sensor or set it value to 5.0.

Proximity Sensons is Garbage on Xiaomi almost on every phone i had. The only way to fix it, is to Turn it off

There is no physical proximity sensor all over Xiaomi / Poco smartphones. Front camera + gyroscope work as proximity sensor in combination. This is the root of all the issues. It is not possible to fix what is missing.

@Valerio Turturici yes on miui Eu and some asop ROMs it seems fixed now or they've found a work around
@Valerio Turturici in that case I don't know because I always use Eu which is custom ROM based on China rom
@Valerio Turturici you need to unlock bootloader first and then install twrp recovery in order to install the eu rom i will attach 2 links first unlock bootloader then how to install the rom.

There is a problem that when you call or listen to a voice just the earphone speaker is working........and the screen turn off and you can't scroll or click on it
