Watching this video I've noticed that I forgot to transfer the small rubber piece while replacing screen with frame assembly. So if you're having proximity sensor problems after replacing screen check if you forgot to do that as well.
This is a solution to the sensor problem with and without the rubber core and for all phones and thank you
