Great points! Running for every ball - making that effort - is also something we have entirely under our own control. And I have had so many situations myself where I didn't think I could reach the ball, made an effort anyway, and just scraped it back into the opposite field. So rewarding!
Great video. I love the Analise don't Judge point. Though I believe we shouldn't think about technique during the heat of match play (except when setting up for a serve, running through a few key pointers), I find it really useful to run a brief post mortem on every point just afterwards, whether it was won or lost. You can also spot good or bad technique in your opponent and or your partner and make a mental note re your own game.
