Don’t you just love Vivienne and Simon! 😊 Mark you seem like you are in good spirits hope you’re doing well, of course the same Philip you seem as light hearted as ever. Btw that’s how you treat old friends toss them in ancient cess pits, is that part of the tour now? 😅 Have a wonderful week.

It is 100 meters long ! big house and all.... I am in good spirits, I have my moments, by I try to keep on the high side. And yes, the first soft opening event will be Laura Croft cavern explorations !!! Cesspool Raider ! because we have discovered not one, not two, but three of these ancient, massive, stone chambers buried in the ground! Thank you my friend ! ❤️

As always, a very interesting video. Great that you chare all the practical things. A non related question: you have these future plans for the chateau with events space, room rent etc. But do you need in France a permit to change the use/destination of the building for commercial activities? And how does your, seemingly sleepy village in the countryside react to the possibility of an event space that might attract lots of people, traffic, noise, etc... Just curious.
pptnl, in the French countryside there is a "it is your property, do as you wish" attitude, and in truth it is up to the Mayor of each village to make the decision. There are not any permits, just implied agreement. The village of Avensac is very happy to have us and our future business in their midst, and they know that we will do everything we can to keep our village peaceful and tranquil. Thank you for a great question ! Mark
your like the pipers of Avensac 🤪 small can be good , for the digger i mean of course 😇 the negative thing with a digger you do not see the workman sweat anymore ... think cola advert 😋 . that corey bloke must please Judy 🤣 butter 🥰 love the butter with sea salt crystals in . i made butter myself in the uk a few times with full organic cream , twas very nice . looking good in the mummy suit , what a shitty business btw . much love x Yves
Yves, I wish it was only lack of sweating that is a problem, one of our workman said the mini digger was too hard on his body and is now on a month long leave. 🤔 Judy prefers Steven by the way 😆 You should come to Avensac and join Judy for an episode, you just never know what is going to come out of her mouth ! Thank you !
They walk alike They talk alike Sometimes they even dress alike In their cesspit dive But they're cousins Identical cousins as they dive.... .....Now you have learned the hard way, the French aren't too keen on rincing.....
I wish you had said that in France they don’t have draconian pasteurization laws for dairy like they do in Canada, at least. It’s really hard to make good butter from cream that has been cooked to the point of destroying all the good bacteria and nutrients. Canada’s dairy protection agencies rob all of us in the north of the benefits of raw milk and raw milk products.
57motherbear, I am so sorry Canada has such laws, they exist in the US as well. Here in France we can run up to the local dairy at 6am or 6pm and get our jugs filled with raw milk! When I am back on my feet again... Let the cheese making commence! Perhaps butter too. Thank you and... BUTTERY ! 😆

Raxx, Scotts phone in ancient poop.... we would never have been forgiven 😆 Mark
Last video said you're from Healdsburg. I just starting watching your super channel. I'm from Santa Rosa. Lucky you two. Hope Mark is running around soon and Judy is a hoot
Ruth, from our old stomping grounds! We lived in the Burg for 10 years and restored 227 North street. Phillip always says that we were famous in a 10 block radius. 😂😂 Welcome to our channel and we are really glad you joined us.
Thank you !!
❤️ Mark
Genius Judy ❤❤❤
Daisy, you are too kind!
BUTTERY !

It's shitty job but somebody has to do it! Thanks for sharing the dirty details. Whatever it is, I find it fascinating, so keep it coming.

Mark
Judy ❤️❤️❤️
Jimmy, Good Baby!!! ❤️❤️❤️
I love the infrastructure and mechanics it’s really important works everyone is going on about what wallpaper are you going to use.
Before lasers we used water levels to set the foundations on our houses and additions; we made ours out of a gallon plastic jug, pipe fittings, and a very long clear plastic tube.
Don’t you just love Vivienne and Simon! 😊
Mark you seem like you are in good spirits hope you’re doing well, of course the same Philip you seem as light hearted as ever. Btw that’s how you treat old friends toss them in ancient cess pits, is that part of the tour now? 😅
Have a wonderful week.
👋🏼Tony, wallpaper 😆😆😆 wait until future videos when the truth comes out... I hate wallpaper ! And worse, I despise Toile!!
I have seen the gallon jug water level, but we just used the clear tube.
Get a septic company to clean it out. It will be a source of mosquitos and smells when water seeps in until then.
Midnight is right. Please get that cleaned away as you don't know what diseases are in there. Please. We want you to remain as healthy as possible xxx Please @ infinity
MidnightVisions, All three of the ancient cesspools are dry, and the leftovers are solid and caked and have probably been there for over 100 years. I think all is safe. They are really cool stone vaults, but we will seal them up and leave them alone. I imagine that every ancient property in France has similar stone vaults buried underground.
Seriously, thank you fr the comment and your concern!!!

Mark
@@atthechateau That's what I hoped for! Now I can follow the rest of your journey with peace of mind 😊
Judy, a lady does not say, "Down the hatch."
Michael, now who went and said Judy was a lady ????
😆😆😆😆
Thank you !
Everything is better with butter!
Susanne, Yes it is, and BUTTERY too ! 😆❤️
your like the pipers of Avensac 🤪 small can be good , for the digger i mean of course 😇 the negative thing with a digger you do not see the workman sweat anymore ... think cola advert 😋 . that corey bloke must please Judy 🤣 butter 🥰 love the butter with sea salt crystals in . i made butter myself in the uk a few times with full organic cream , twas very nice . looking good in the mummy suit , what a shitty business btw . much love x Yves
Yves, I wish it was only lack of sweating that is a problem, one of our workman said the mini digger was too hard on his body and is now on a month long leave. 🤔 Judy prefers Steven by the way 😆
You should come to Avensac and join Judy for an episode, you just never know what is going to come out of her mouth !
Thank you !
@@atthechateau 😬 ow dear... Your not a lot with a workman who can't work.. Probably don't fancy working.. And I should come visit Judy 😜 xx
Steven is currently giving me the horn.😉
Jimmy, BAD BABY ! 🤣🤣
Corey is currently giving me the horn.
Jimmy, bad baby ! 😆
Was wondering where you've been. Good to see a new video, even if it's about poo. Yuck!
Cynthia, we are here! More coming I promise. Poo, Yuck 😆😆😆 Thank you
They walk alike
They talk alike
Sometimes they even dress alike
In their cesspit dive
But they're cousins
Identical cousins
as they dive....
.....Now you have learned the hard way, the French aren't too keen on rincing.....
Kevin, 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Thank you for your lyrics and witty humor! I appreciate it.
❤️
BUTTERY ! 😆
"gonna" is what Californians say. It is our little thing we do. Sorry I could not join you in the poop villa.....just ate dinner
Rochelle, if you think Californians are bad with Gonna, you should hear Oregonians (where I come from) 😂😂😂
Thank you for watching and not watching poop while you ate dinner! ❤️❤️
petrified poop LOL
Kimi, ha ha ha, and we will leave it to petrify for another few hundred years !
thank you for watching and commenting !
😂😂😂 pretty poop room...lol
Elizabeth, is that "Pretty in Poop?" 😂😂😂😂❤️
You make pipes interesting Phillip, well done. But Lisa, deary me, I hope you were not seriously eating with your mouth so wide open. It was a joke, right?
Susan, I have read your comment a few times as I am working with responding and every time I laugh ! Poor Lisa, of course she was eating that way for to be funny. She did not want to do the segment because she really thought that Judy was going to put butter all over her. Judy would never do such a thing ! or... would she?
😆😆😆❤️
Thank you
A little too much pipe for me.
Linda, 😂😂😂 You gotta have pipes before the water can flow. Thank you for watching and commenting !
Everything but body butter.
Peter, 😂😂 Body butter and 💩
Oh Dear reminds me of the old dunnies we used to have in the 150s outside toilet Oh boy did they stink..Great informative video hugs Philip Mark and Judy
Kay, the leftovers in the three cesspools are so old that they have almost zero odor, almost like dank potting soil! 😂
Thank you so much for watching
