Buenos días profesor, quisiera saber si podría ayudarme con la matrícula de los circuitos que vienen borrados en el módulo de audio de un amplificador Hifonics brutus brz 2100.D
@@davidgreggs3903 MTX has interesting designs also. There have been a few MTX boards that I just could not figure out their thought process when designing it.
@@ellensburgamplifier I need some help so today I noticed my subs wet not hitting so I checked my amp and one of the rca was broken and stuck inside the amp so I carefully took it out with a sewing pin and bought new rcas but wene I hooked them up my bass surges bad hog to low really fast like if it was making bad contact or something so I tried my other amp and it works fine but wene I plug the other amp it sounds horrible like bad connection could I have damaged the output jack on the amp
@@ellensburgamplifier I turn off the power for a while and when it comes back it sounds perfect. But some time passes and the failure returns. Only high volume sounds and without RCA connected it makes a small noise like a capacitor dying. Sorry for my spelling but I use the translator. I'm desperate
@@VictorRG-b4g That sounds like it is being overdriven. If it goes into protection over time (as heat builds up) then that tells me the load is excessive or the voltage is sagging.
I have a 1999 yr model Orion 2500/5000 The game and frequency adjustments are under the top plate of the amp and the game knob is acting up is that something you can fix..
It all depends on what the issue is. If it is to a point where it needs to be replaced it may be hard to find a replacement. If it is scratchy from dirt, then it can be cleaned up. I do rebuild potentiometers so that may be an option. www.ellensburgamplifier.com
I have a brand new Orion XTR2500Dz and it virtually the same exact layout as the Hifonics with the exception of the driver board. It would be interesting what Hifonics is using for the output FET's, The Orion uses IXTH88N30P KOREA TS1852. So why is it that the Hifonics rates their amp at BG-3300 vs XTR-2500 watts? How should go about modifying my XTR to boost the output wattage. You mentioned about higher rail voltage on the Hifonics, would this be the better way to increase the output wattage on the Orion?
I would have to compare rail voltages between the two to be able to give an accurate answer to the question. Rail voltage is one of the limiting factors to output power. However, there are many domino pieces that follow. There are no real practical ways to increase the output power of amplifiers. Sam (barevids) has a few videos on an amplifier that he is doing this too.
Wow... man I love your content and how you explain each detail.
Thank you!

So the board is md technology then the manufacturer?
It nice to see maxonics changing it up a lil. If there as reliable as the orion's are I welcome it👌🏼
I really love your videos, I have learned a lot, thank you.
Thank you as I enjoy sharing what I do and how I go about doing it.
Sweet layout
Agreed! Although I wish the rail voltage was a little higher.
@@ellensburgamplifier I've went compact now. Use to deal maxxsonics. Actually running MTX mud amplifiers in my they get the job done.

@@ellensburgamplifier for me it's either alpine, linear power, mtx or fosgate. I don't care for the generic boards seen one you seen them all

I have the bg1900 model... it plays and after a short time it only plays if I turn the volume up high
I am not sure on this but this sounds like there is an output issue pre-amp or feedback-related.

Keep making great videos Sir very educational thank you
Thank you! Sometimes I think I fall behind on the new releases manufactures are putting out.

NIce video as always Todd, but I wished it had of been broken lol
Indeed a true bummer! I finally got the email off to Taramps today. We shall see what they say!
@@ellensburgamplifier That is awesome to hear. Good luck
Don't update your users, smart move.....cheers.
Good to see you here! The funny thing about class D is there are only so many designs to choose from. I need to give this design a name..
