So much for all the character development he had throughout the season. It just makes me sad. He didn’t deserve to die. They didn’t need to add this in the show.

Throughout the season, Justin mysteriously started getting spots on his neck that comes from almost std diseases. This is a reach but remember in season 1 when Jessica and Justin were dressed up for costume day and clay said “you know how that story ends right”. Justin costume character pretty much dies from overdose
i feel like they really wanted to address the HIV, AIDS topics so that people would discuss it more cause it is real and should not be taboo and didn't know how else to address it so they made Justin sick but I was so sad too💔

DEFINITELY more sad than hannah, we had 4 seasons of character development and we knew Hannah was dead from the first minute of the first episode so nowhere near as impactful

Yeah that’s why Clay told his therapist “ It all started with Hannah”... because it did, everyone on those tapes were affected in life somehow bad or good. Everything ties in with each other and shows that actions have consequences later on in life and that the time on earth should be cherished because you don’t know when it’ll be your last. Gonna miss this show! And I don’t know why it was so hated by some people. But I loved it 🥺🥺😞😭
This show did something to me I can't explain. It's just a feeling I get when I watch it. Loved every season and without a doubt these actors were able to play their roles so well. Justin's death had me bawling like a baby.
I agree I’m 39 years of age and school was so different not the best but nothing on the scale it is today and what kids/young adults have to deal with. this as really done something to me & I’m so glad I’m not in school this day & age but as a mom it opened my eyes and I’ve took a lot from it.

Let me tell you this is the most upsetting death in the history of tv shows/films... I cried for a hour straight and woke up my mom at 3am because if his death... The saddest death ever. Ever. He deserved so much better. And poor Clay...poor Jess... I- I’ve never cried so hard over a fictional person in my life. Edit- another reason why it hit so hard was because I happened to go to a friends house the day I watched the last episode and I was talking about who I thought it was that died (she had already watched the whole show) and I stated “as long as it isn’t Justin I’ll be okay” and she told me it wasn’t Justin so I was relieved.. later that night when I watched the last episode.. I didn’t want to believe it was him until it actually happened... so thanks to my friend who got my hopes up only for me to feel empty for the next week🙃

Yeah that’s why Clay told his therapist “ It all started with Hannah”... because it did, everyone on those tapes were affected in life somehow bad or good. Everything ties in with each other and shows that actions have consequences later on in life and that the time on earth should be cherished because you don’t know when it’ll be your last. Gonna miss this show! And I don’t know why it was so hated by some people. But I loved it 🥺🥺😞😭

Hannah's death had my eyes watering, thinking about Justin's death makes me cry for hours.
This show did something to me I can't explain. It's just a feeling I get when I watch it. Loved every season and without a doubt these actors were able to play their roles so well. Justin's death had me bawling like a baby.
I agree I’m 39 years of age and school was so different not the best but nothing on the scale it is today and what kids/young adults have to deal with. this as really done something to me & I’m so glad I’m not in school this day & age but as a mom it opened my eyes and I’ve took a lot from it.

Let me tell you this is the most upsetting death in the history of tv shows/films... I cried for a hour straight and woke up my mom at 3am because if his death... The saddest death ever. Ever. He deserved so much better. And poor Clay...poor Jess... I- I’ve never cried so hard over a fictional person in my life.
Edit- another reason why it hit so hard was because I happened to go to a friends house the day I watched the last episode and I was talking about who I thought it was that died (she had already watched the whole show) and I stated “as long as it isn’t Justin I’ll be okay” and she told me it wasn’t Justin so I was relieved.. later that night when I watched the last episode.. I didn’t want to believe it was him until it actually happened... so thanks to my friend who got my hopes up only for me to feel empty for the next week🙃

They had to do this on purpose they got Justin to be our favorite character and then killed him it was all planned they really wanted people to cry
I lost my sister during lockdown and Justin's death just made me feel everything all over again and then feeling like Clay was articulating my feelings...... it broke me all over again.

From what I've seen, his relationship with Clay became the best part of this show, and I cry everytime I see him in earlier scenes now. What a tragic fate for such a sweetheart. RIP Justin. Still can’t believe they really had him die like that 😭😭 he was so close to getting better and graduating with his friends. He became my favorite character in the show with his growth and strength and I loved his relationship with Clay.

He had a terrible childhood bcoz of his mother's boyfriend, a terrible teen life bcoz of his addiction, he finally fully recovered from his addiction as well as her mother and her changing boyfriends, he was finally a part of a great family which he never got to see until now, he finally recovered all his friends among all the high school, now we were finally seeing Justin happy for the first time, not only us but Justin also was seeing himself happy for the first time in so loonngg, finally he was going to go to the college having a perfect family the best brother and the best girlfriend who were ready to do anything for him, he deserved to finally live a life without any problems as he had faced many...in the end, I would say only one thing *"JUSTIN FOLEY DESERVED BETTER"*

Justin’s death broke me in pieces. He was so strong even tho he was broken inside. Justin deserved a happy life after everything he’s been trough. His death hurts so much, but we all know that he doesn’t struggle anymore. The death of Justin broke me more than any other character in a series.
Wanted to see him and clay go to college together and live happily... Justin deserved it....
