I just love how clean and tidy the majority of streets in Tokyo look. The peaple of the city clearly have respect for their surroundings. No litter or trash in sight, unlike some places in the UK sadly. I hope to be able to afford to visit this mesmerising and beautiful place one day.

Utterly magical. I know Japanese society is imperfect and can be suffocating and extremely lonely for some people, but with all that it manages to create some of the most beautiful places in the world, from the purity of a tatami room to a cherry blossom river valley to bewitching streets that compel people to walk and walk and walk.

Indeed! ☺️ This video was filmed in early February 2024. You might be lucky to experience snowfall during your stay in Tokyo, although snow is a rare occurrence in the capital. Fingers crossed it'll sow again in 2025! xD

This a very cool and a great way to get a feel of a place. I'm amazed at how little traffic there is for a capital city, if this were in, say, central London, even at 2AM, there would be cars everywhere! I look forward to visiting Japan sometime in the future.
32F/0C means - Snow possible, but it's so wet that it will take a long time for it to freeze to the wet ground. Just a few degrees lower and it would be pretty firm dry snow that would fall. Either way, snow in Tokyo used to be very rare and is now becoming a yearly thing, and in a city that is so amazingly beautiful without it, the white cap of everything just makes it look like true heaven. Japan is stunningly gorgeous.
Thank you to the person who spent well over two hours in the freezing cold just to bring us this beautiful footage.
