The idea of these posture correction straps is to retrain the brain and muscles to hold you in the correct posture. As much as it is from weak muscles it actually begins mentally and between the mind and muscles you end up with the rolled shoulders and bad posture. Many other factors can cause it but the majority is from what I have mentioned. It roughly only takes the brain and muscles 2 to 4 weeks to start realigning itself. from there it would be a great idea to strengthen your core and back muscles which will help keep the posture strong as well as helping with mental health.

Nice idea but personally a different take on some of those:
Posture bands: They shouldnt hold you in position, just be a cue when your posture droops: this helps u use your muscles and srengthen them. They dont compress the brachial plexus when used properly in this way.
Sitting wedge: This will exaggerate APT. If this is your problem (many or ?most), this is actually doing your posture harm.

Wearing a static Posture brace only shuts off the muscles and cause them to get weaker. Muscles depending on a static brace goes to rest a body at rest stays at rest, a body in motion stay in motion. Get a Dynamic brace.

Darn! I was hoping one of these posture gadgets would work! I stand all day 8 to 10 hours. I do wear fabulous shoes, even though they’re ugly! I just like being comfortable if I’m going to be standing for that long. And on marble floors! I will continue to look through your videos for some posture exercises to help keep me more aligned. Thanks.

I know, it would be so great if there was a quick fix. But the truth is that it does take some work - but it is totally worth it. One thing to be careful about is "hipping out" when you stand. I think I talk briefly about that in my standing desk video.
