You two have to be whooped , you will feel your age in a few years working this hard.
Unbelievable how much you both have accomplished.
Looking forward to seeing the house complete as I'm sure you both are. 💪👍
We feel our age already lol. It will all be so worth though. Moving in this weekend!!!!
Wow, what an accomplishment!!! House looks great!!
This one needs to go into your ‘Building our house’ playlist. It’s currently not in there. Enjoyed the series 👍🏼
Thanks for letting us know!! I will add it to the playlist :) Thanks for all the support!!
Well firstly Congratulations to you both, so pleased that you have found happiness together.
Secondly, wow what just happened with your new home, that’s progressed tremendously forward… looking good guys.
Love the ape ladder move at 9:52
Love the wedding run into the sea.
Congrats on your marriage, hope you guys have many amazing years. Your home is looking great.
Awesome job guys! That kitchen tear down gave me anxiety 😬
Haha thanks Tuna!!
Terrific job, you two!! So much effort, but it's coming out so well. That kitchen demolition was a ton of work. Amazing construction project!
Great news that you are now married! The progress you have made on the home is remarkable! Enjoy it through the coming years.
👍👍👍👍👍This reminds me of building our house in 1974.
Since then I have remodeled it with expansions, new kitchen cabinets, adding 2x3 's to make 2x6 studding, adding a family room and work shop below.
Opening up walls to make it an open style concept.
AND I think that we are done.
That is awesome!
Looks like a very nice house you are building.
I’m so amazed! Great work ❤ Beautiful wedding ❤️
Congratulations, you too!
I am so happy for you both and to also see you smile so much.
All the best to your future!❤
Wow! You guys don't miss a beat in accomplishing things! Missed you, but understand, glad you're back! And congratulations!
Awesome video folks ..love that Nudura …my basement has it plus 9 foot walls so with a drop ceiling to hide all utilities still got 7 foot 9 of free space ☺️
You were a beautiful bride Careena .Using the basement was a nice touch . I put a similar wood stove in my cottage construction. The place is looking great .
Congratulations on your wedding! Glad to see the update on house build be awesome to see the walk through when finished!!!! 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
I get tired watching you two work, great video.
Thanks for sharing!
I liked the monkey moves to move the ladder. Awesome build!
I freaking love the whole process. Y'all are my heroes. Peace Out.
Congrats you guys, I hope the universe bless you with health and love
Thanks how wonderful for you two, exciting. ✌🏻👊
Congratulations on your union, my wife and I are 6 years in with a second baby boy on the way. I think I watch your videos because you remind me of why we chose one another. I think we found the person that would "Work With One Another" to accomplish our common goals. Too many people spend too much time with "Dead Weight" . I love how you both contribute to the life you are building!!! Good luck in the future and blessings to your union!
Nice recovery of that water log! And no big 50k sonar, diving, permits, etc, etc.
That wood has the very highly sought after “pumpkin” color. -Nothing- is more desirable for flooring in higher end “country style” homes!
That color is most often obtained from “heart pine.” The price of heart pine is through the roof, “If” you can even find enough to do a home. The result is stunning warmth.
I’m a retired salvage diver, coming up on 70 now, with 32 years underwater.
You might consider finding out what legalities would allow you to salvage more of these logs? If you find even one more with that “pumpkin” color, I would pursue this possibly if interested.
Just get the permits for an area outlined in your permit, so after you start, and all the “wannabe’s” see easy money, you are protected.
And don’t give up if they first tell you “No…those are local history”. Yeah right. Once it was cut down, it became private property with zero historical value. If your local government wants a sample to put on display, say fine… and bring them a log. The rest is yours! Apply for a large area so you know the logging can be sustainable. Make sure your permit is transferable. We all get old, and the permit in 25 years could help nicely in retirement!
Just a thought guys. Nice working team, you two. Keep it up! Congrats on the marriage!!! My wife and I are on 42 years now. Give & take… ALWAYS. (:
God Bless you Both,
Steve in Door County, Wisconsin
Congratulations or your wedding! Seriously GREAT video. I really liked how Careena moved the step ladder!!!

Wow .. a ton of work. Great job.
Thanks for the video
Congratulations on your nuptials. I'm very happy for both of you. Ya'll are doing a great job on that house, also. You work so well together.
Wow,
Guys, I do have a lot of respect for you both.
The way you work together, it’s simply great.
It’s nice to see, that besides all the stupid media articles about woke, and multiple genders, there are still normal people in this world, who together work hard to achieve something fantastic.
From Europe
SO GREAT TO SEE YOU BACK! I had just found your channel and subscribed because I really enjoyed watching your ICF house build, when SWOOSH... no more videos!
Awesome news about your wedding / marriage... never realized you weren't married before, since you worked SO well together. CONGRATULATIONS! The Puerto Vallarta trip was your honeymoon, I presume? Please post more details on the build... I'm sure it's gonna be an amazing space when all finished.

Congratulations!! On getting married. Thanks for sharing the updates you guys are awesome. Much love from Michigan
Congratulations you guys make an amazing team!
Thanks for the update.
Congratulations on your wedding and your house.
Tree-mendous job!👍
Random safety-related fact: Some building wood is treated with arsenic, to preserve and repel pests (I think). This is generally fine, but there have been a few cases of DIYers getting arsenic exposures from lumber, from handling and more so, from cutting inside without ventilation/respiratory protection.
In one case, the husband was initially suspected when the wife became ill, until he too was found to have high levels, and a doc who worked in Occupational Medicine traced it to arsenic-treated wood for their home building.
So if here because DIYing….keep an eye out for arsenic treated lumber and take appropriate precautions (if the arsenic wood is still still used…work in toxicology, not carpentry).
Wow you guys it is looking really good!!!!!!
wish you good luck guys!
Really high ceilings that’s awesome Ive missed your guys posts but you’ve been busy as
Awesome!
I'm hoping to do the same and build an ICF home with Hydronic in floor heat this next year.
We are moving to be closer to my wife's family. Northern climate, some extreme weather.
Home prices are completely insane so we decided to buy property and Build ourselves. (will cost less than 50% that of buying right now)
I helped build a handful of ICF foundations, basements, and 2 full homes.
ICF seems like the perfect way to do it to me. We can do a huge portion of the work ourselves, save a ton of money, and have a premium home that will alst the test of time as a final product.
you wont regret it, its incredibly comfortable and efficient
glad to see the house almost completed!! you can prolly get on steady doing electric trim outs now;-) LOL it looks great!!! tearing out those cabinets & counter tops is really hard work, and trying not to break/damage anything is time consuming to say the least!!! do a walk thru video for us before you move in IF you have time please!!! i own a plumbing/heating ac business & like to see things done in other parts of the country/world!! thanks for sharing & be safe
Will do!! Thanks for all the support!
It’s coming up weather together and very beautiful and I like it I like what is became and I love you
Love you guys. It’s a shame we didn’t get to see all the updates leading up to current state. Congrats on your wedding and hope we get to see more in depth footage as your house progresses.
Congrats. God bless you guys
P.S. You guys did a great job in making your new home environmental friendly. 👍👍
Congratulations to the both of you. But I'm sorry I can not say you were a beautiful Bride. Because were absolutely gorgeous. I wish you all the best for the years to come, and life bring many adventures.
THANKS And CONGRATUKATIONS Enjoy and TAKE CARE
love & more love just so great to see beautiful hard working coppull building there new home together & as contractor u have to admire there exports in the project Just one think SPRAY FOAM in place of the fiberglass to complete Seal the building envelope cheer still can be done
Beautiful couple ❤❤❤❤🇨🇵😘
Careena, I like the way you move the ladder. Congrats on the wedding, I guessed it on your other channel Alexis Outdoors. Everyone check it out.
🎉congrats
Congrats, been missing your vids.
Congratulations all the way from Massachusetts
Congrats, don't kill me Brandon, but she was stunning, WOW!!
Not trying to be a perv. Lol
House is looking amazing..
God bless
I'm not nitpicking but just a small suggestion. When you guys are running romex and stripping wire to make up devices, make sure to leave at least 6" of slack folded back into the box. Don't cut them short, in the future you will have a much easier time. Cutting the wires short like at the end of the video just makes it harder. Sorry I'm a lifetime electrician and some things just jump out.
congratulations
Congratulations on your marriage!
I was wondering what happened with your awesome videos.
Can’t wait to see the finished house.
Very nice home
That's exactly how I ran my wiring in my ICFs.
Wow! Its really looking great. Its probably just a tiny dot but I bet you guys can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Did you guys design your kitchen space around the cabinets then or will you be modifying them to fit your kitchen? Most of the hard work is done now its all the tedious finish work. 👍👍
I am still waiting for my wife to pass me the measuring tape I asked for 7 months ago
😂😂😂
I missed yall lol I hope yall the best on your marriage
You look "pretty good " when not dressed in those " old" outdoor bush clothes and he actually looks "pretty good " when not dressed in his manly outdoor work clothes.
JUST KIDDING.
Congrats. You two look very nice.
You guys look so happy.
Maybe you grow old together with many years to come. 👏👏👏❤️
Wow Hiiii U guys Yes A special Time Indeed>>> Nice to get a Vlog Though But i know you will always Catch Up with Things For Us"" Please Keep Us informed of Yiur Channel Plans I think Yiu said Yiu were Condensing Into One ?? Alex/Creative ???. cheers love hugs Tc Uk Xxx
No. Just changing the channel name. Keeping both channels
Very cool stuff. ICF construction is really intriguing to me. How well did the wood stove heat your basement, given how tight ICF builds are? Was it not all that great because you weren't done with other parts of the build?
Great video and build. What are you going to do about the steel supports in the lower level - I can't seem to find out the answer while watching the video's?
Solid video! Any chance on a cost breakdown for the house build, namely the ICF?
Absolutely, we’re going to do that video when we’re all done the house :) thanks for watching.
