The presidential band and fluted bezel blend so much better than with the jubilee imho. Platinun version would be the ultimate sleeper though and my grail 😊

Absolutely stunning DD40. I was fortunate enough to acquire the black dial baguette WG. Always wanted the YG version but a bit too flashy for me, especially nowadays with so much watch robberies.
The level of detail and craftsmanship of the end links is so impressive. Other brands should take note of how end links should match seamlessly to the bracelet.
I've always been curious, are your reviews watches from your personal collection?

Olive Green is a really interesting color on a watch I think. Btw have you considered reviewing some micro brands? With your level of video quality I’d be very interested in seeing how something like a Monta stacks up under the macro lens

looks snug? or does it fit comfortably? i have the same size wrist and keep wondering if I would need a half link. They really need to add a ez-link to that clasp would make it ideal.
My father gave me his DD 36 gold 18k from 1978! I have it serviced and polished. Wauw what a watch 🎉 However very dangerous to wear because people have been killed for less 😂
So the enjoyment is mostly at home 😂

The closest you could get to this is the DJ 41mm fluted on oyster. Which is exactly what I got. The jubilee crosses the line into too dressy/elegant and complicates the watch imo.
They should make a Datejust with these numerals indices.
Nice video and watch. But is there some dust on the face? As far as I know is the quality of the gold/platinum models a step higher than the steel models but this makes me a bit suspicious…

Beautiful. Just looks so similar to a datejust 41 fluted white gold bezel especially now they added a green datejust mint
From a fist glance at distance there is similarity, trust me they are a million miles apart. No steel watch compares with gold. My Daytona, sub, gmt, dweller don’t come close. Day date is amazing
I prefer the new Lotus Freedom Day-Date 😋

It's indeed a nice dial color, but I would prefer to pair with rose gold case.

i have to agree......yellow or rose gold will compliment the olive dial much better than white gold

HUGE fan of the DayDate. Only issue is for me is the white gold is neither here nor there. I think with a DayDate it needs to be yellow gold. But it’s purely personal choice
