@@debmussallem3892 oh nooo. Wellll there could be a few reasons it didn’t take but that’s where the stylist doing it needs to be sure his hair is perfect for a perm so it will take orrrrrr the application wasn’t done properly. Many factors. He should be given a discount next time.
