But when an episode hits me I can't keep my eyes open, my head with nod a bit and I will fall asleep within a minute or two. I don't move position, roll over or get up. I also don't dream. I call these 'death sleeps'. I wake confused and in a drunk like state. It's very weird.
narcoleptics don't actually sleep, it's the extreme relaxation of the muscles very similar to falling sleep suddenly, they usually don't black out for longer than a few seconds.

Someone has probably stated this already, but I'd like to put forth the fact that schizophrenia is not the only disorder that causes psychosis. Technically it's not schizophrenia whose symptoms she displays (in the theory that states that she is mentally ill and there really isn't a chip in her ankle), technically it's psychotic symptoms. I've looked into the situation and it hasn't been nearly as in-depth as many others have, but I just want to put it out there that, while it is true that her livestreaming herself 24/7 would be unusual for someone with schizophrenia, there's the possibility that she has another disorder that causes delusions but doesn't necessarily have the fear of surveillance that comes with schizophrenia. Because I haven't looked into this extremely in-depth, I couldn't say what other disorders she may necessarily have, but someone doesn't have to be schizophrenic to have delusions. There's also the fact that a common delusion held by those with schizophrenia or other psychotic disorders is one called "surveillance delusions" - i.e. the belief that someone, usually the government or a similar organization, is spying on someone through cameras and may be broadcasting what they're recording. If the belief that she is being controlled by a corrupt police officer is a delusion but is also accompanied by a surveillance delusion, she may believe that it doesn't matter if she livestreams herself to the internet, because someone else is already doing the same without her consent, so she may as well do the same thing to herself voluntarily. Granted, not everybody who had a surveillance delusion would come to that conclusion, but everyone does think differently, even if they do have the same disorder. What one person with a surveillance delusion might think, feel, or do about it is not necessarily going to be what another person with the same delusion would do. This is only really speculation and general principles, though, ultimately we can't know what's going on in another person's head.

Different countries do different things - I'm not sure what South Korea's policy is. But, as far as I'm aware, in most to all countries, you can sit in your house and do whatever you want as long as it's not illegal (or harmful to yourself), and people can't bust in and force you into treatment. In areas where mental health is even more taboo than in the West, they may not even have treatment in all areas of the country.

I'm not a fan of enforced medication, especially when the person isn't harming themselves or others, but I hope she gets some sort of help for what is - most likely - a psychological disorder. Chip Chan is still streaming, I did some digging into the blog keeping track of her and she now has a UA-cam channel where she's been streaming regularly for the past several days. I'm not 100% sure it's her but it seems highly likely. The channel is called "Mind Control Weapon"

Someone has probably stated this already, but I'd like to put forth the fact that schizophrenia is not the only disorder that causes psychosis. Technically it's not schizophrenia whose symptoms she displays (in the theory that states that she is mentally ill and there really isn't a chip in her ankle), technically it's psychotic symptoms. I've looked into the situation and it hasn't been nearly as in-depth as many others have, but I just want to put it out there that, while it is true that her livestreaming herself 24/7 would be unusual for someone with schizophrenia, there's the possibility that she has another disorder that causes delusions but doesn't necessarily have the fear of surveillance that comes with schizophrenia. Because I haven't looked into this extremely in-depth, I couldn't say what other disorders she may necessarily have, but someone doesn't have to be schizophrenic to have delusions.
There's also the fact that a common delusion held by those with schizophrenia or other psychotic disorders is one called "surveillance delusions" - i.e. the belief that someone, usually the government or a similar organization, is spying on someone through cameras and may be broadcasting what they're recording. If the belief that she is being controlled by a corrupt police officer is a delusion but is also accompanied by a surveillance delusion, she may believe that it doesn't matter if she livestreams herself to the internet, because someone else is already doing the same without her consent, so she may as well do the same thing to herself voluntarily. Granted, not everybody who had a surveillance delusion would come to that conclusion, but everyone does think differently, even if they do have the same disorder. What one person with a surveillance delusion might think, feel, or do about it is not necessarily going to be what another person with the same delusion would do. This is only really speculation and general principles, though, ultimately we can't know what's going on in another person's head.
On the note of Chip's income, is it possible that she might be getting government income, being supported by relatives, or just works out of home?

so i have idiopathic hypersmonia, which is a lot like narcolepsy without cataplexy, essentially, i will sleep for 14 hours unphased and wake up just as tried to do it all over again. Now imagine you can never feel rested, constantly feeling like you havent slept a wink in your life, it causes dissociation, and sometimes very strange actions; hard to concentrate; only feeling fatigued. I'm positively stumped. Really, the only theory I have for this is the "mental illness" theory. But even then, I don't know what kind of illness she would have to make her act like how she has been, especially for so long.
This whole story about the chip and cop feels fake. If it was true, I'd imagine this case would've been solved sooner. Not to mention the idea that "P" is doing this money sounds sketchy. What money could she have? I doubt she's a hostage to some rich family, she clearly is not living in some luxurious home(unless "P" forced her to live in this house?), and I don't know how the livestreams would get "P" the money he wants.

Different countries do different things - I'm not sure what South Korea's policy is. But, as far as I'm aware, in most to all countries, you can sit in your house and do whatever you want as long as it's not illegal (or harmful to yourself), and people can't bust in and force you into treatment. In areas where mental health is even more taboo than in the West, they may not even have treatment in all areas of the country.
