Viking Stew with a side of Flat Bread

Our dinner tonight was a trial run of some outdoor cooking that we want to start doing more often. We are still waiting to get some of our supplies needed for what we hope will be fun filled unique cooking and other outdoor videos.
Ingredients listed at the end of the video...I do not claim to use authentic ingredients, I put my own modern twist on this time period cooking. I try to keep it as authentic as possible but sometimes authentic ingredients are hard to come by where I live. I just hope you all enjoy the videos and maybe the food if you give it a try.
