    Full of waste video, i generally follow your channel for unbiased reviews but now as you channel is growing the reviews are getting on one side. Talking about 3 -5 crore budget house, i don't think its reasonable for working class.

      It is all depend how working class invest their money in real estate especially their mindset is not ready for investing in underconstruction project so that their property goes upto 3 to 5 crores with the investment of 1 to 2 cr , they only want luxury and ready to move property undrr 1 to 2 cr which is not possible

    A city's development largely depends on infra like public transport, public utilities etc. By saying gurgaon ppl use their pvt vehicles for commutting is not gud for overall future of the city. More vehicle more pollution, more rush on d roads. Gurgaon commercial development largely depends on ppl from Delhi n they need good connectivity.

      It’s exactly the opposite. A city’s development depends on how much income and business one can generate there. Everything else automatically follows. Cities are engines of economic growth. For example, many small towns in the US have much better roads, traffic, infrastructure and weather than New York. That doesn’t make them better cities than New York.
      Noida and Gurgaon are a classic example of free markets / capitalism on the one hand and central planning / socialism on the other hand.
      What people need is freedom to operate. Nice roads automatically follow. Gurgaon provided everyone the business freedom to operate. Noida went the central planning route and planned amazing roads and infrastructure, but trapped real estate and corporate business in red tape. Now it has good roads but there are barely any users for it.
      Gurgaon offered freedom to MNCs and private developers and they have built a mini and prospective Singapore. The roads and infra has already improved considerably and will improve even more.
      Despite all the great infra, Noida’s income generation is still 1/10th of Gurgaon and real estate prices and cost of living almost 1/2 or 1/3 of Gurgaon. That says it all.

    Followed your channel for unbiased reviews but today's vedio is highly a disappointment 😔 , Gurgaon market is highly dominated by builders lobby, they used to ask black money upfrontly and way far appreciated price that's why you want be able to sell anything so quickly, surely this market will give accurate picture in another 2&3 years when dwarka express way starts...how come just because of express way, prices will touch sky limits... Here service roads are pathetic, not even a single market which will help you to maintain your daily needs (not only bread and butter comes under daily needs), good schools are limited and again fees structure is not maintained by government, we gurgaon people needs to depends on Delhi markets, no good public transport, no government medical facilities etc ... Just my onservation as have experience of living in both Noida and Gurgaon

      I have also experience of living in Gurgaon and Greater Noida. Greater Noida + awesome infrastructure, electricity - Job opportunities, local population is rowdy. Gurgaon + Job Opportunities, local population has been pushed out by economics. - infrastructure, cost of living. My opinion

    I am the resident of Dwaraka expressway nearby society and trust it will take huge time in getting the infrastructure developed for better place to live. Right now Noida ext and greater Noida is far far better planned than gurgaon.

      I also visited both the locations and I also feel Noida extension & greater Noida are far better options in terms of everything.
      Jo Dwarka expressway side sabse badi dikkat hai drainage, electricity, water, roads, public transport, daily needs items woh issue Noida extension ke saath nahi hai.
      Infrastructure of Noida is very strong.
      Connectivity with Delhi is very good like Delhi merrut expressway, DND, Noida expressway.
      I think Gurgaon ko abhi bahut time lagega Noida jaisa infrastructure khada karne mai.

    Do you want to see Gurgaon as an inclusive city or only for elite? What about daily workers in those areas, how will they commute, if not through public transport.
    Absolutely poor representation of Gurgaon by TAG.

    Thanks for doing this. Please make a beginner video on commercial market. People generally consider only residential market while thinking of investment and don't consider commercial due to lack of knowledge. If you can capture type of opportunities, rental yield, appreciation, loan process, comparison with residential etc, it will help. Thanks

      I have also made people aware of commercial property and have suggested some projects, but when I people tell about good projects, they say that you are biased and when I tell them about the wrong projects then people said that you always call all projects bad.

      Check builder profile and make sure he is not in jail or there is no fraud case filed against him first :). I am not sure if it is true but I heard the 3C controlling brothers had difference and they carved out a new society penache out of boulevard.

      It means rich people who can afford cars should only be eligible to live or have money to do ola/uber regularly. For common people, who want bus/metro, there is no place. And irony is people give this argument in favor of Gurgaon like it is a good thing and they dont want public transport to come as it will lower their prestige by sharing their city with common people.

    On one hand, TAG says market is inflated in Gurgaon, on other hand he continues to promote commercial which is in glut and definite bubble. Avoid commercial in Gurgaon.

    Few points that I would like to clearly specify here for whatever this guy Ashish is saying
    He is clearly talking about the Apartments and flats in this case with such a massive budget bracket.
    Why one will shell out such a massive amount of money , he’s so casually talking about 6 cr , 7 cr , 8 crores like it’s just everyone’s cup of tea.
    Instead , a person would prefer builder floors of Gurgaon where budget between 1.5 crore and 2 crore is required and it also offers top class interiors.

      @@manjuk1708 To top it up, I don’t know if Kamal ji knows or not , in one of his previous video, Ashish mentioned clearly that the rate of Gurgaon for residential is likely to fall because it’s highly Inflated at present.
      Now none of his points is actually making sense and is from buyers perspective .

      @@rajuusharma3605 @rajuu sharma when I was in Gurgaon, everything was overpriced and all agents openly asked for 30-50% black.. Which we jobwallas don't have. But rarely anything got sold and it was obvious that lot of price correction is required. I moved to Greater Noida since then. I saw correction here evidently. And took a dip in price correction. It must be same there. Agents lie day and night... All over the world... Ha ha

    Chandel ji- I have not seen many of your videos because your major work is in NOIDA & Greater NOIDA and I live in Gurgaon. However, based on few videos that I have seen, your work is good and has depth in content. But, this guy Ashish is useless. You will not get any viewership support by teaming up with Ashish. He is shallow, arrogant and doesn't have much insights. His mentality and approach is of a small time broker...not an expert. Just a caution to you!
