    I think sabse important hai builder acha hona chaiye. Jo ache builder hai unke brick wale flats bhi shandar hai... Ab lal quila mai kaunsi mivan technology lagi thi but dekho saalo se khada va hai without seepage😁😁😁😁

      That is limestone construction, which is best construction material.
      Also Lal quila is not a high rise to that is a totally different discussion.

      Yes, it's not useful for individual houses. It's only beneficial in high-rise apartments.

    living in mivan based flat since 3 yrs.. 0 seepage is there. But builder accha hona chahiye otherwise joints se seepage hote hein.

      You cannot use mivan for small projects.. Its used where there is a repetition of same process.. Then only it can save some costs..

    13 years back when I booked my flat in Noida extension builder claimed that they will use mivan technology, it was new to us so we all were very excited now luckily getting possession next month after 13 years of long with in a flat constructed by mivan technology though builder is fuddu but carpet area and construction quality is good.

    Do not buy property in noida n gr noida, builders after taking money from buyers , try to declare themselves bankrupt with the help of rera and authority. All builders force buyers to go nclt , in this whole 7 t0 10 years are wasted and in mean time with site inspection report from rera shows 100 to 200 labour working along with enough construction material. This allows builders to take all the money from buyers and banks and in d end tgey declare themselves bankrupt.

    Sir but the living experience in appartments made using MIVAN Technology is not good. In these appartments sound travel is very efficient thus noise disturbances in these appartments is quite rampant. These structures catches even slightest of the sound vibrations that travel long distance. For example I live on 28 floor and when some construction/ drilling work is being done even on 25th floor it appears that the drilling is being done right on your head. Also if some body plays light music on 31st floor and I can experience the vibrations during late hours. My overall experience is that for those whose wants to live in absolute silence cannot survice in MIVAN technology despite whatever the benefits this technology offers.

    How much is the average life of any mivan flat..is it 40-50 years? Many builders claims more than 100 years. But I doubt this claim.

    This phenomenon is already visible in Noida extension prices. Non-mivan society flats are not able to break 4500-5000 persqft barrier. But Mivan based flats are easily selling for 5500-6000/-

      @@NehaSingh-fb2jw mivan based: Nirala estate ph2, express astra, Saundaryam etc. (Keeping Gaur City-1,2 out since they are too congested, but they too are mivan based).
      Non mivan: vvip homes phase 1, casa green etc.

      Yeh Nirala ki resale value itni achi kyun nhi rehti? Nirala aspire, nirala estate phase 1 sab ke rates baki aas paas ki socities se kam hi rehte hai jabki yeh humesha itna bada park dete hai.

      @@SAM-sn7fp nirala estate ph 1 is also non mivan and thodi under appreciated society hai, approach road is also not that good. But Nirala estate ph 2 ki sale value is sky high. Builder is selling near possesion fresh stock at ~6500/- and resale value is around 6000/-. And its approach from main road is fantastic.

      @@SAM-sn7fp As per my knowledge, Nirala Aspire is project of Nirala India. Nirala Estate is project of Nirala World. Both builders are different and owners are different..Nirala Estate phase 1 is brick based construction. Kindly do your own due dilligence.

    Lol. Mivan ke naam pe ab delhi wale builder logo ko chutya bana rahe hai. In mumbai we have been using mivan since 2015. Only advantage is for builder that it requires less labour and fast to make. End user ke liye kuch nai isme. so no need to pay more jus for mivan.

    I am not agree with this video:
    Mivan construction has lot of drawback :
    1. Your can't alter any wall. sometime we want to remove any wall but in mivan construction you can't do it.
    2. If somehow seepage come to in your apartment your can't do it at your end. can't change any pipe line.
    3. if 10th floor person drill in his apartment then 4th floor person feel that vibration easily.
    Mivan construction feedback will come after 20 years, you can't decide so early which one is best.
