Die w211er haben 40:60 Verteilung in Verbindung mit 4ets u. bis 2005 sbc u. 50nm Festwertsperre. In Verbindung mit sbc haben diese Fahrzeuge bis dato heute das beste Allradsystem aller Zeiten. Sbc ist 3/10 sec schneller in der Reaktion u. die Kraft kann bei Gelegenheit in 200 mili sekunden auf nur 1 einziges Rad angesteuert werden. E500 4matic hatte zusätzlich serienmässig airmatic. Dieses Airmatic konnte nur bei den 4matic Modellen die Höhe des Fahrzeuges pro Feder (nicht pro Seite) unterschiedlich ansteuern. Das können auch heute keine Fahrzeuge. Diese Art von 4matic mit 4ets ersetzt quasi 3 Diffsperren.

If you dont want that traction control and instead try to dig yourself out of the situation then you can turn it off.... I dont think the w211 had a center LSD though... It first came with the w212 what I know. Which had an initial 55/45 torque distribution.
