It's so important to stick to a budget! Nothing worse than overspending and then feeling lousy about it. There are so many amazing affordable pieces available today. xo
Still here.i stayed to the end.so glad I’ve found you.wish I found you years ago.all these style tips are priceless thank you so much.im now heading to your other fantastic videos as well.have a great day from across the pond 🇬🇧🌈🇺🇸💕
I love that you are so articulate and clear. Some bloggers I've seen have great style but sound very ditzy when they speak and its a bit of a pet peeve of mine. It's nice that you've included Canadian brands too. I'm not a huge fan of dynamite but would love to see you feature others in the future. Keep it up!
Thank-you so much! I'm a full-time personal stylist though, not a blogger. I will certainly include other Canadian brands in future; it's always important to support local talent!
Thank you so much for this video. I just found your channel and am currently facing the challenge of replacing my entire wardrobe as I've ditched 35 pounds and am down two sizes. Plus my style seems to have changed. This video is not only informative but the information is actually useful. I'll definitely be keeping this information in my mind as I replace my wardrobe.
I agree with your suggestions. As a long waisted and short legged woman, I'd replace the midi-length black t-shirt dress with a mid-thigh length one. I have a defined waist and smaller bust, so I wear a modest neckline as part of my style. I'm getting a lot of mileage from my black dress. The fabric is substantial, yet the bottom can be folded twice and tucked into a pair of pants or jeans to serve as a blouse. I like how you focus on tailoring and quality fit. This makes an outfit work, as I'm not into many accessories; your advice is solid.
The basics for plus-size are still the same -- you'll just want the fabrics to be softer and more draping so they fall over your curves beautifully. :) I'll have some plus-size videos coming up though! :)
Thank you,; A basic wardrobe video for someone over 25. Minus the chambray shirt of course. ha ha I've always liked the look of a trench coat, but I've never owned one. Time to go shopping.
Do you have a video or can you do one on how to care for and wash clothes (different fabrics and colors) to make them last? I find my shirts getting "fuzzy" and my whites getting dull. I don't want to use bleach if you could recommend any natural alternatives....
Loved this video. Love the finding a jean that fits yuu idea. Also. How to dress to hide, I guess work with might be a better term. problem areas. For me it's the baby belly. I can look pregnant even though it's been almost 17 years since my last pregnancy.
I will definitely be working on something for that! It's always cut that makes things most flattering. I'll make sure to cover something that will work for you. :)
Christie, I love your videos so much. Each time I watch them I am finding something new I can use or do with things I actually have. Furthermore, you have been my helpful angel with a huge clear out I have been doing on my closet. I recently had microsurgery on both knees. Two ladies at church decided to "talk" to me about my weight which is why they felt my knees went (both meniscus popped out of place a month apart). I have been clearing out every heel and most of my boots I never wear. I am 54 and 5'7" and weight 190 lb roughly. My biggest body part challenge is an aweful pot bellie from a digestive surgery. So needless to say, I need help not just with camoflaging but really wearing 'nice' looking and feeling good again. I personally really don't like white button down shirts - but often have to wear them. This video and your others are so up beat. Thank you. I am working on my own capsule wardrobe. By the way. I sew and T-shirt dresses are a staple for me here in Los Angeles. I love them.
I'm SO SO happy to hear that you find the videos fun and informative; music to my ears! Way to go on the closet cleanup as well, that's amazing! Shame on women that talk behind the back of others -- people do that because they are often so unhappy in their own lives. I hope you're recovering beautifully from your surgery and hope to hear more about your capsule wardrobe and self-love journey along the way! You should join the FB group I chit-chat about -- i think you'd love it!
Thank you so much for mentioning the tailored waist shirts! I look best in tailored waists and jeans that have a tight waist band because I gap at the waist where it goes in and a loose shirt just makes me look like a straight figure and is not flattering. Thanks for saying, "just do you!" Because all I see are big big big shirts super loose and nothing is fitted slightly in the waist anymore. Plus skinny jeans aren't my fave so if you have a loose shirt and loose bootcut jeans you just look slouchy! I'm so tried of this trend of loose top tucked in skin tight high waisted everything skinny pants! I know many people love the high waisted but it just doesn't flatter everyone and there should be more tailored shirts available !!
I'm in California & purchased a couple tees from Dynamite. Also one black tee with "straps" across the v neck. I love that they are tapered & give me shape. I think I will get a few more in a few different colors. Such great pieces to add to my closet. In the past 6 months I've pretty much replaced most of my closet. It was full, but I didn't wear anything but 5 pieces. I got rid of a lot & keep getting rid of more. It was jam packed with items I didn't wear! The complaint of so many woman!! Now I have pieces that coordinate. It's a start and you have been so much help. Thank-you!!
I can't believe I'm doing this, but I am watching several of your videos a second time. This is one. I know I've heard many of these before, but in many ways, I'm starting all over again with figuring out who I am and what is my style. No matter what one's style, this information is valuable.
This is awesome, thanks so much for sharing and making this video. My wardrobe has gotten stale, after 2 kids and not shopping for 3 years for myself, now I have an idea of where to start over thanks!!
Awesome tips, especially getting the best quality for your budget - avoiding buyer's remorse, never wearing/using it because it's such an expensive piece, or it feels too "nice" for every day use. Please do denim, like you mentioned, and include ideal fits for skinny, boyfriend, straight, etc and what lengths look best for each type (ok to roll the hem or get it tailored?) I also could use help with what "definitely needs to go" - I've seen a million videos and read books, but no one has been able to help me overcome the anxiety I get when I start to toss things that have sentimental value, causing more anxiety from too much stuff. You are straight forward so tell me what I need to hear. Thanks!
Yes, buyer's remorse is real and definitely unwanted. Who wants to feel guilty when they get dressed? The basic denim video is on the way! The "needs to go" pieces that are sentimental is a tough one. I had lost my mom about 10 years ago and it's taken me years to slowly get rid of her pieces. What's helped me do that is realized that tossing her "stuff" does NOT mean I'm throwing her away or disrespecting her. She'll always be with me. But, people have different stages of that -- it's part of the mourning process. But keeping her things isn't going to help me hold onto her, you know? In some ways it can just hold us back from moving forward. Stuff is just stuff -- it's our memories and emotional response to the "stuff" that we need to deal with. Letting go is tough, but necessary for our sanity and health.
I've owned multiple plain white button ups, and NEVER wore them!!! Before I started my internship this summer I got one with a very subtle pattern, plain white with thin black lines that form squares, I wear it constantly, and I feel like it's more of a staple than plain white
A white button-up in a staple 100%, but, any button-up would do! If you enjoyed the pattern and it helped you wear it more, that's wonderful! Happy to hear you're enjoying them.
Thank you for this!! I'm starting to get the idea of the basics but I'd love a denim detailed fit video too!! I struggle with fits in most of my clothes. I tend to buy things that are too large thinking they will distract others from my actual size which I've struggled with. However, I did go through my closet last week and take out all my ill fitted clothing. I already feel better and can't wait to start over. ❤️ also, I'd love a "how to find the right tee shirt fit" explanation video. I love your 50 ways video and I'd love to see what I should be looking for.
Awesome! So glad the purge helped you feel better. I will definitely work on a jean video and will chat about how to find the right fitting white tee. :)
Awesome video Christie! I do have most everything you showed, so that made me feel good. YES, I would love to see a how to buy the right denim jeans video. I get so frustrated trying to shop for jeans. Thank You!!
Hi, Christie! It's so lovely to watch your videos! Thank you for sharing this valuable ideas and knowledge with us! I want to know how to choose my color palette? Have you done special video on that? Thank you so much! With love, Tanya
I had a good laugh at the Canadian tuxedo comment....soooo true!! This was another great video and am glad to say that I have the basics. Phew! I tend to buy less expensive basics as I wear them so often, they get worn out quickly (example dark washed jeans fade or white tee is not as crisp after a few washes). As an aside, love your nail polish.....and also Happy 150!!
LOL, right? The Canadian Tux is something to be careful of! ;) Jeans shouldn't fade too quickly if you've got a good pair. Have you tried Yoga Jeans? They're in Jean Machine and I swear by them!!
So grateful for this! Is there a video for women in their 30's? Many of my friends and I want to look more polished/ age appropriate yet somewhat youthful and there's a thin line with what's appropriate and trendy vs. not. I would love to watch a video like this!
I'm in my 30's, and most of my videos are age-less, in terms of what you can wear. It's all a state of mind for most part. Minus mini skirts and baring mid-drifts, you can basically get away with whatever you want! Just layer for more interest. I'll be covering age appropriate looks in a video in future. xo
New subscriber here.. you have 'THE' voice lol when you said 'are you still with me?' I hadn't realized how long I'd been watching this video 😅 you kept my attention the entire time lol love your tips! I definitely look forward to your future videos 😁
LOL, that's so sweet! I love to hear that you enjoyed the entire thing! So happy you got some useful information out of it and am so happy to have you apart of the community! xo
So happy I've found your Chanel! Would you be able to do a video on wearing blouses/shirts/blazers for the bigger busted lady? I find it really hard to wear these items and not feel frumpy. Also shirts/blouses just gape and pop open at the bust on me! Help!! X
YES! I have a larger bust also, so I TOTALLY understand the frustration behind that. I will definitely put something together for us well-endowed ladies. Fashion tape is an ok solution, but it's always fit/cut that is the key here. Will definitely put together something and discuss more in detail! :) Thanks for the suggestion!
Thank you for all the tips and insights - you vast knowledge and friendly style is so inspiring. If you find time I would love a video on the White Button Down... transparency issues, stay tucked, bodysuit-shirts or other tips. Thank you
Great video! Good point on having a vanilla trench coat to wear in the fall. Vanilla is a color that pairs nicely with autumn colors: orange, gold, red ❤
Hi Christie: I would like to know if you have done any videos about the basic shoes to go with your basic wardrobe? Now here's the thing, the shoes all though look absolutely awesome on is the heels probably about a 3" +/- . I when younger used to wear them but now due to back problems etc. can not wear them successfully anymore. So what in your opinion does a girl do to make her outfits look great yet not frumpy when it comes to wearing stylish shoes? Thank you !!!!
Super tips, thank you! And, yes I would like to see the tips for denim and office, mostly denim though. I love the way you show how to style these basics and I know you put a lot of time and effort in to it. Thanks again, glad I found your channel :)
My mother taught me about quality fabrics and style. I am forever grateful to her. Yes! The LBD! Little black dress! Thanku COCO CHANEL. Find or become a Tailor, its not too hard to learn. A black stretchy belt looks great for those white blouses. Short over long, long over short😉 Excellent and erudite info.... gf. A denim jacket over a spring dress is charming....*
I just found your channel today and am looking forward to binge watching your videos. I'm wondering, have you done a video about Wardrobe Basic Accessories (maybe for Fall/Winter and for Spring/Summer)?
I came here particularly for these pieces. I want to have a small section of my closet to keep these ready to go. Thanks for providing the info! Do you have a video on a classic shoe wardrobe? Or, what to have that works with this wardrobe capsule?
Thanks for all the help. I was wondering if you had any tips for styles, or ways to style clothes for busty girls because I have a hard time finding tops that fit and look well.
Hi Christie, I just found your channel (literally, this is the first video I'm watching) and I love it! You seem to give great general tips, talk about how to make it work, and you are showing off a great personality. I actually follow a lot of these tips myself. A cute, jersey - like black dress, a good dark denim jacket, and a good faux leather motorcycle - inspired jacket. Have to check out more of your videos. Also, I was wondering if you have/ could make a video of tips for being a stylist. I'm not a professional one, but I actually do a lot of shopping for my family members since they are elderly or have mobility issues, so I'd appreciate some advice. Also a video on what makes a good "eye for fashion". Keep it up Christie!
So glad you're enjoying all of the videos so far, that means so much! I have a video up on being a personal stylist, my story, and tips with that. But, I'll have some styling videos coming up soon regarding things everyone should know, how to have an eye for things, etc. :)
Ok Christie .. I have all of these and many of each (no kidding). Plus so many other clothing selections. I still don't have anything to wear! Maybe I need to get rid of it all, and start over!?! Sounds crazy but may be the answer.
Thanks for this. Ive recently lost 70 pounds(more than halfway to my goal) and all my clothes are falling off me so nice to have a guide because I no longer have to hide behind shapeless t shirts and jeans so really have no idea how to dress myself
Hi Chrissie, I just found your channel. I really enjoyed this video and agree with you completely on how important these basics are in a versatile wardrobe. I have multiples of most of these but need to update a few of them. Thanks for a great video , xo, Sue
"Get the quality you can afford"! Love this advice. :) I am soooo in love with your trench coat! Love the vanilla color. I went to the website. I didn't see anything close to it but I will keep looking. I have a traditional camel color trench and I rarely wear it ... I would wear the vanilla!!!! I can't decide if I am extremely sad right now that I can't find one or if I am happy because I saved the money because I couldn't find one.
Just discovered your channel. Wish I'd found you ages ago! I've made fairly good progress on the basics in my wardrobe, but you've given me some ideas about what else I could find useful. Thank you :)
THANK YOU CHRISTI, YOU HAVE VERY NICE IDEAS! I'M IN MY 60'S BUT enjoy Listening to your ideas, and I have Lost weight along with THYROID PROBLEMS and I have a little TUMMY, SO I have to work with that! I am still trying to Wear the Same Size , a 12 , and then the pants slide down ,!
Oh my god, this video was SO helpful. Often the black and white colours act like basics, but the only thing I actually have in my closet is the white t-shirt that you showed. My closet would be a lot better off with a white shirt and a black blazer! Thank you so much for this video!
I'm losing my mind over your teardrop choker necklace in this video! I'd love to hear where you found it or any suggestions on where to look for a similar one. Thanks, looove your videos.
Christie thanks very much, this video was so helpful and I will definitely use many of your suggestions, I am truly appreciative of all your advice, I am going to binge watch some of your other videos. I am so happy I came across your Chanel, just awesome ❤️🌺💕
Hi there!!! I just stumbled upon your channel tonight for the first time and I absolutely love it! I have yet to search thru all your videos so not sure if you can point me in the right direction to an existing video of yours or maybe let me know it's a video idea you have yet to execute - but I just finished watching your basics video and LOVED it! Gained some great advice on how to use the basics I already own and then realized I had a few missing basics and I MUST go shopping for them real soon :) - but I would love to see you take the basics (or maybe just a few of them) and SHOW a serious amount of outfit options - like just a few basics but literally like a hundred different options. When u consider all the different pairings AND all the different accessories including shoes, belts, bags, jewelry, hair and even make up! Also, I know some of the basics you showed can literally be physically worn in different ways...... like the white and denim blouses and all the ways you can actually wear them (buttoned, tucked in or untucked, all unbuttoned, tied at waist, sleeves rolled or not, half buttoned (either way top or bottom) you get the point! I guess I am just a super super visual person so while you have done and are doing an amazing job describing ALL the options (and yes i realize you do actually show a bunch as well) I would love to SEE like hundreds of options from just a few basics - maybe it wouldn't all have to be you actually wearing/posing like maybe you could pull a bunch of existing photos from the web (not sure about legalities of that suggestion) but I would just love to see a ton of options!!!...... Ok, sorry, ranting so much I could do my own video at this point right???? - I did super enjoy you and your videos so thought I would reach out! Of course I subscribed and have a thumbs up too!!! P.S. I love the pace at which you speak and run your videos it's rather fast and i prefer that - just the right amount of personal injection without straying from the valuable content we wanted when we clicked on your video in the first place!!!! I was also very drawn to your videos because I feel like you portray us everyday women----- I could see myself in every outfit I saw you in and that can't be said about a large majority of the fashion and beauty channels I subscribe to.... THANKS SO MUCH❤️️! KEEP UP THE AWESOME VIDEOS!!!! And thank you even more if you actually read this entire epic comment!!!! 💗
So happy you enjoyed the basics video and this one! Yes, you can create so many different outfit combinations from some simple pieces. I don't have one using solely basics, but if you search my videos, I show yu how you can create 107 outfits using just 14 clothing items. A lot of basics are in the video, so you should get a pretty good idea. xo
A denim video would be wonderful! And a couple other ideas: tips for buying shoes (professional, casual, other) and body shape. I used to be more pear-shaped to hourglass. Now that I've had a baby and can't seem to shake the weight, I have no idea what my shape is! And surprisingly, there are few resources out there with actual ways to determine my shape other than "out of shape."
Love those suggestions! A body-type video will definitely be coming in future,I know how challenging it can be to find the right information you're looking for! I also love the idea for shoes! Will definitely put something together for that also. xo
What an amazing video! So thorough and educational. I am happy to know I have most of these, just shy of the pencil skirt (I work from home, so I would barely use it) and a nice silk camisole (which will be my next purchase when the time comes). Thank you so much for putting this together! I would have loved to see some examples of how you wear your chambray shirt, I have one and I only have two looks with it.
Can you do a video on how to find jeans/trousers for people who seem to be gaining weight and are in between sizes. Size 10 in me is slightly tight and feel uncomfortable buttoned up and the size 12 are loose and unflattering. Also, if I was to get pants that I then plan on getting altered by a seamstress which pants and size should I be looking for with the aim of getting them altered?
Wonderfully put together, great tips. And I'm in for quite the shopping trip, I have a total of 2 pieces in my closet of all that you mention here, and not in a very traditional style either :D
I just found your channel and I'm obsessed!! Loved the tips you gave, and a work/office basics would be great! Also maybe one on styling tips for different body shapes? Thank you!! Can't wait to watch more!
This feels like an odd suggestion but I would love some pointers and the basics for undergarments. Brands that actually work and don't slip and slide all over! I'm tall and can't seem to find a nice shaping tank that doesn't ride up. Enjoying your channel!!
Its also hard to find shirts with darts!! They now make them with the hip curve on the side but no dart! Express has been the only place still that I can get those button downs.
I love watching you. Your denim video is basically my go to guide now and I kept saying to my friends, no the point of the pocket should be at the bottom of your bum....LOL. I love your authenticity, sincerity and expertise. I watched so many stylist on youtube and ones who have a lot more subscribers but I only subscribed to you because you are doing a great job providing genuinely value-add content. I also love your Toronto accent as one of my favorite co-workers is from there and she sounds like you :) I am really proud of the work you are doing and I just want to encourage you to keep fighting the good fight!!!!
Would it be possible for you to list all of the brands you mentioned in this video in the description? I LOVE your videos and all of your advice! As a new mom, I've been feeling less than great about myself because I lost my old wardrobe that I loved and have felt lost on how to get to that point again but your videos have given me guidance and new-found hope so thank you so much!!
Hi beautiful! Try not to be hard on yourself about your new body -- you created a gorgeous human being; that's' no small feat! For the brands, many are linked in the description bar for you. :) I'm so happy you're enjoying the videos! I'm so happy to have you apart of the community. xo
I really appreciate this video. My question is about camisole tops. What do you wear underneath them? I've tried strapless bras and haven't found a good one yet (I'm a plus size). So, is it okay to let the bra straps show? Help!

I’m watching this next..
I can't tell you how much I appreciate you saying "buy the best quality you can afford."
It's so important to stick to a budget! Nothing worse than overspending and then feeling lousy about it. There are so many amazing affordable pieces available today. xo
me too
+1
I love the idea of a corporate basics video and how certain pieces can also be used for a wknd or drinks after work look.
Great suggestion! I'll definitely put something together for future. I love pieces that transition well. xo
Yes to a video on denim. This category has really exploded lately - so many different styles I'm in overwhelm.
Yes, it can be hard to know where to go! I'll put one together with suggestions for body-types and shopping locations for you all. :)
Professional basics, yes!
I will defintely be working on one!

Hanging your whites in the sunshine will brighten them up
Wash whites on the whitest whites cycle in your washer with a cup on white vinegar, brings the life back to them and no chemicals!!

Thank-you! 💗💗
With all the different events I'm involved in, it's great to have Christie's tips on wardrobing. So refreshing!
I'm so thrilled you find it helpful! xo
Thrifting is the best way to get basics💯
A video series on what outfits or garments are flattering for every body type would be really helpful!! Thanks for the precious advice! Much love!
Great video, very helpful. And yes, I would love to see a video from you on how to buy denim jeans!
It's coming up! :) SO happy you found the video helpful!
thank-you! I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Very informative 😘! You are a natural teacher with great energy. This video is a must for every girl/woman. Thank you so much
Thank-you so much for the kind words and comment! That's so sweet of you! I hope everyone find it helpful.

Just picked up your channel and so far I’ve loved everything that I’ve seen. You are full of energry and explain things well.
YES PLEASE!!!! A work wardrobe of essentials/basics would be fab!!! Thanks, Christie.
One is already up on my channel hun! xo
You are so through and helpful, Thank you
Wow subscribed! I love how you reply to everyone's comments addressing their problems! Will definitely be binging your videos today! 💓
Happy to have you apart of the community!
Love your video's! You explain, give examples and reasoning so well. Really a joy to watch! Thank you!
Totally agree! I have bought plain white button ups because of fashion advice, but I never wear them!
This video is so timeless and on point
Just came across your channel in my suggested feed and really enjoyed your videos. Great tips. Looking forward to watching more. Thanks for the info.
Thank-you so much! xo
Thank You!!
YAY! So glad you have your basics covered! I'll definitely have a denim video on the way. :)
Thanks, Christie. That's really helpful. And, yes, an everything-you-need-to-know-about-jeans video would be great!
So glad you go something out of it! Yes, I'll definitely put together something on how to find your perfect denim. :)
Great video! Thank you! Love the Teddy Blake orange bag. What is the style name of this bag?
This was an awesome video. I'm doing my wardrobe and have studied fashion. You made so simple. love your tone, mood, and everthing!
Thank-you so much! I’m so thrilled you enjoyed it. Xo
Christie, I’m so very happy I found your site. I’m going shopping for these special pieces, not all at once though. Thanks very much.
I'll be covering age appropriate looks in a video in future. xo
Christie Ressel Yeah mini skirts and crop tops are way out for me haha awesome! Thanks so much! Looking forward to it! 😘
So happy you got some useful information out of it and am so happy to have you apart of the community! xo
Hi Christie, I just bought my first chambray shirt and denim jacket. Thanks so much for this video. Very helpful!
great video! would love the jeans video, thanks
On the way! :)
So happy I've found your Chanel! Would you be able to do a video on wearing blouses/shirts/blazers for the bigger busted lady? I find it really hard to wear these items and not feel frumpy. Also shirts/blouses just gape and pop open at the bust on me! Help!! X
boytes55 just get some double sided tape and put it in between works for me every time the blouses are nice and smooth and no peek-a-boo boobs lol
It's a good quick solution, but the problems normally comes from cut/sizing. I'll put together a video about it in detail. :)
Christie Ressel great! Thankyou. Look forward to seeing it. X
Right? It love it because it goes beautifully with spring pastels, too!
I'm so happy you found them helpful! A office basics and denim video is on the way! :)
Denise Scull and
My mother taught me about quality fabrics and style.
I'll be doing a video on that soon! :)
As a teen I really appreciate your videos. I've been binge watching for a while.
So happy you're loving them! xo
Navy is one of my main neutrals and goes with so much and doesn't wash me out
Hey Christie! What are your thoughts on colored leather jackets? Like red, for example.
Good for you! Always mimic your body-shape when you get dressed -- if you do that, you're ahead of the curve. xo
New on computer and these channels found you and love your style , do you also help seniors
Good one to use as a seasonal reference. Thank you
Love your choker necklace. Yes would love to know how to find the perfect pair of jeans.
Already up on my channel hun! Xo
Hi Chrissie, I just found your channel. I really enjoyed this video and agree with you completely on how important these basics are in a versatile wardrobe. I have multiples of most of these but need to update a few of them. Thanks for a great video , xo, Sue
this is great im learning heaps thanks, was thinking of sewing some shape into my straight blouses
Brava Christie, brava!! Happy to have recently subscribed to your channel.
Yay! I'm so happy to have you here! xo
I'm so happy you've found it helpful! Happy to have you in the community! xo
So happy you found it helpful!
This is a great video that explains the basics of a wardrobe very well.
LOVE your videos. would you be able to do a Fall lookbook with outfit examples? you have such a cool aesthetic
Which color fan suite deep summer type so as cool muted deep colors? Nice video👌
Thank you this video is great .. could yiu please make a video on how to dress for petite sizes?
I can definitely put something like that together. Great idea!
A lot of basics are in the video, so you should get a pretty good idea. xo
Christie Ressel perfect thanks!!!!!!
I would have loved to see some examples of how you wear your chambray shirt, I have one and I only have two looks with it.
thank you. this was VERY helpful. you are also a very pleasant presenter.
Please do a video on how to shop/ dress for a bigger bust & hourglass figure, maybe do a bodytype series? Would be sooo helpful!
Great video! I'll like to see a video about wearing scarfs.
Great Video! If you do a office wear video, please include the difference in business causal incorporating today's trends :D
I can't definitely talk about business casual and how to wear trends with it!
Wonderfully put together, great tips. And I'm in for quite the shopping trip, I have a total of 2 pieces in my closet of all that you mention here, and not in a very traditional style either :D
So happy you enjoyed it! I love non-traditional styles -- so much fun! Happy shopping. xoxo
I just found your channel and I'm obsessed!! Loved the tips you gave, and a work/office basics would be great! Also maybe one on styling tips for different body shapes? Thank you!! Can't wait to watch more!
The body type video and office basics will be coming up soon!
Could you make a video about transitions a wardrobe from "high school" fashion to professional / business fashion?
Oh, great idea! I'll definitely put something together for that in future!
Oh, Christie, would You consider to make a New updated video on basics?
This feels like an odd suggestion but I would love some pointers and the basics for undergarments. Brands that actually work and don't slip and slide all over! I'm tall and can't seem to find a nice shaping tank that doesn't ride up.
Enjoying your channel!!
I'll definitely make some suggestions soon. So happy you're enjoying the videos! xo
Its also hard to find shirts with darts!! They now make them with the hip curve on the side but no dart! Express has been the only place still that I can get those button downs.
White House Black Market is an excellent spot also! Nordstrom also has some great options.
Would love a work basics video!!! xx
Thank-you! That’s so kind 💗💗
Love this video! Would be nice to have ideas for hourglass shape but long torso and short legs... also another video with shoes
Thanks! I'll definitely have a video for shapes and more shoe hauls in future.
Yay! Wardrobe basics!! Just found ur channel. I love ur voice
Thank-you! So happy to have you apart of the community!
I really like how you explain things, it makes it very easy to understand. You're very good at speaking. 😊😊
I'm so happy to have you apart of the community. xo
Christie Ressel Oh, I see that now! Thank you so much! :3
I really appreciate this video. My question is about camisole tops. What do you wear underneath them? I've tried strapless bras and haven't found a good one yet (I'm a plus size). So, is it okay to let the bra straps show? Help!
