Thank you for the VIDEO!. Something that worked for me, was: 1-Remove the RING of the left side. 2-Remove the Phillips screws. 3-Partially move out the cover to see the battery and remove it (without the need for the German triangle weird screwdriver) 4-Test the battery (it was working!, if not, you can buy another one) 5-Reconnect the battery. And the headphones came back to life.
Thank you for the description @MarcosRamirez66, and for the video @catalinfix840. Instead of the triangle screwdriver, - if you are careful, a T5 torx can be also used. My question: do you know, where could I order a replacement battery (with the electronics) for the jbl e65btnc? Thank You!
@@Jehoov3r unfortunately not (yet). My plan for the future is, that I buy an other battery type wit similar capacity and two cables, and try to solder the connector. But in my case, I had luck: a short circuit on the two soldering points has resetted the electronics, and afterwards I can use my headphones again.
Cable on the left side ist broken. My battery ist okay. If you are from Germany you can have it. You can’t change the cable and therefore I will scrap the whole headphones 🫤
Изьял динамики. Купил за 9-10$ hoco w40. Переставил аккамулятор и динамики, а jbl выбросил 😊 Теперь bt 5... с минимальной задержкой, type-c и шикарный звук! Спасибо за видео разборки!
Tip for getting the ring of without scratching it too much, I found that the only thing I could vedge in there was a used razor blade and the work my way up with my other tools. Be careful not to cut yourself tough! Probs to JBL for such a perfect fit, but it's a bit of a pain to repair.
Hej there. My headsets (same as yours) dont start just a white blinking 2 times and make a clicking sound and turn off any idea on this problems. Treid to do a hard reset but nothing.
I got my JBL55BT broken on the Right Side, no audio sound come out from the speaker, but bluetooth, left speaker still work normal. How Can I fix the right speaker to get back normal?
Sorry for my late reply. Yes it seems like it's just a connection issue, a bad wire or a blown speaker. It happens a lot with these kind of headphones. Nevertheless it's the same procedure as in the video if the connection is bad at the "brain" in the left housing.
Sound like the Bluetooth Module is fried or the antenna got disconnected. Try to hold the headphones next to your phone.if it works than check the antenna
Hi I got an E45BT headphones and the left side stopped working. I opened it up and found out that there is a battery on the left side. I don't have plans of opening the right side since it's still working. Could it be possible that both sides have batteries or the battery on mine is just placed on the left. Thanks!
not a smart person breaks without looking into how to open... the case of the headphones, and how to access the battery. It's a pity to see a person looking at you...
My hinge broke, this video showed me how it looks internally and gives me a good base for possible fixes with that internal view. Absolutely awesome!

Thnx. Short and concise... Unlike my video 😂

I would bet that battery has low voltage protection which has disconnected battery. You could charge directly the battery to revive it.
Average experience with hidden screws and enigmatic designs : “ Oh … not again” 😂😂😂
You can use a low heat gun (used for de and soldering ) to loosen that ear section

There was no battery in mine and no port for it either. Weird
My Headphones when charging the red light is only blinking. And when I turn them on they won't turn on. Any idea how to fix them ?
It looks like a bad board or battery, unfortunately. Basically just like in the video.
