  • If you're experiencing cleaning performance issues from your LG A9 CordZero™ Stick Vacuum due to intermittent power or cycling noise
it may be due to the exhaust filter and pre-filter packed with dirt and debris.

*A great vacuum💯 for the price. The suction is awesome **MyBest.Tools** excellent for pet hair. The beater attachment works great on the stairs. Not too heavy and easily maneuvered.🤨*

*I absolutely love this thing for cleaning all flooring surfaces **MyBest.Tools** even does a great job on throw rugs. Highly recommend! Cuts cleaning time in half!*

Glad I found this video. We were preparing to return ours for the strange electronics behavior, but I had a hunch it was trying to tell me something. This is not obvious from the in-box documentation. (the "FM"). This video covers the complete filtering system, from inlets to the exhaust. This thing pulls up an impressive amount of debris (which is how we ended up clogging the inlet).

So glad I found this video… I was so thinking it was a piece of junk after 6 months of use. Did all the steps and is working great again 😀😀

A lot of components to clean and it goes wrong a lot. I have followed this video to the letter and it’s still making that bizarre noise. I never had this problem with my old vacuum cleaner.🤬

This video helped. My vacuum kept making this "whirling" noise, where it would speed up and slow down, then it would shutdown completely and beep. Turns out there was a bunch of cat hair stuck in the inlet hose. I pulled it out, and the vacuum ran perfect. Thank you.

Brand new and every time I vacuum my 8 x 10 area rug it cloggs up. I think I will return it. Tough enough job without having to take it apart every time I use it. However, it seemed to do a good job on my tile and hard wood floors. Its light, quiet and easy to manipulate.

Hey MaryAnn! Let's look into this together! Sounds like you may need a different attachment for those rugs, but we'll need a bit more information from you to confirm. Well that solved my issues!! I thought that the cup was clean so all was good and my expensive LG vacuum just decided to stop working properly. When I took it apart there were huge clogs of cat hair in several places. Cleared it all out, washed all the filters and parts and now I am back in business!!!

Excellent video. Most of the negative reviews of this product are people with power cycling issues who are not technically minded and haven't been able to work out that their vacuum is clogged.
I not that the battery in this video is orange - is this a new version? Mine is yellow and has just failed in

Compared with a corded vacuum cleaner such a canister type, the Stick Vacuum is too fragile and has many parts to clean. Need a better design.

Why doesn’t it come with the soft roller anymore?? I have to return mine cuz it just pushes the Cheerios across the floor :( I need a soft roller but also want the compression thing it helps empty the waste bin. Disappointed.

Just bought this refurbished, great vacuum so far. Only thing is the small wheels get hair tangled in them and hard to clean. This is an issue it seems even with Dyson. I don't understand why don't you make the wheels removable?

@@LGUSA I found the manual online and contacted customer support. The wheels ARE NOT removable and the procedure said to use tweezers to remove hair entangled in them. This a HUGE design flaw. I spend 10-15 minutes trying to pull out all the hair. Wheels are constantly getting stuck even after on use. Making them removable would make it a quick task. Such an oversight.

The worst vaccum ever. Buying a new vaccum today, I'm not opening up the deceptively 5 times per cleaning and having the power go out. Plus I was opening it so much that the door broke 🤬

  • @arisvideodrop3595

This is legitimately the worst vacuum I've ever owned. I will never buy another LG product after this. This vacuum is intentionally designed to break and clog and has zero functionality from the moment I bought it. It's been unable to suck anything out of the carpet it jans every single use and requires daily maintenance and cleaning to even be able to clean hardwood floors. Let alone carpet like it just does not have the power to pull a leaf out of a rug.

  • @gratefuljan

You should be switching batteries constantly to make sure both get used equally.

    • @bren2dan
      @bren2dan 2 роки тому +1

@@JewiMacca yeah was switching battery’s around but this ultimately didn’t make much difference, the battery does get very hot while being used and this would be a contributing factor to cells in the pack dying, once the voltage drops below 19 volts the charger no longer charges the pack
