Another beautiful video, this sister works so hard to make such delicious and healthy meals for her family. When I saw her grating the coconut, that is the same way in Guyana we did it and I have one that I use in Canada. The stone she use to ground some items with, my mom use too, to grind her masalas for cooking. May God always bless her with health and happiness and thank you for sharing

I am from mauritius .. an island of the Indian Ocean .. I ve been watching all yr videos since 2 yrs now .. I can feel the gd nature in u when preparing the dishes in a very hard way .. most of the time no appliances facilities .. grabbing vegies in nature .. preparing the soil .. washing in rivers .. collecting water in well .. its a lot of work . I have read that Sri Lanka is one of the most beautiful countries in the world. It also has the healthiest and delicious cuisine but that the heat from chilis can be very strong to the uninitiated ha ha !
I remember cooking with clay pots as a child and loved it. The heat retention is great using minimum woodfire. Food flavor is also better somehow especially the rice.
ADD ON : Should I get a hold of natural claypots, I know now how to season it for initial use. Thanks for showing this.
