Those dishes you prepared are so special , I was salivating imagining how delicious those tastes. I would usually view again so I could write down the recipe , try to get hold of ingredients from the Asian grocery.The curry leaves are not always available. I am on vegetarian diet now for health reasons , occasionally have some meats because my blood albumin/protein level dropped to borderline low. Veggie diet is delicious the way you make it , I told my son and his expecting wife.

You know how I love to see you make your beautiful fluffy rice.😍 Here down south, we boil peanuts as a snack food but they are boiled in very salty water for hours until they are soft in texture.
