I'm a SoCal resident, and people voted on and passed Prop 47. This is the stem to the issue in CA now. The next issue is the single political party where there is no accountability.
As California residents, I really wish people wouldn't blame the voters for everything. These UNIONS and COALITIONS walk in with a big bag of money for the politicians and make things happen that are not in the best interest of the people.

All you people moving to Florida just in case you missed it. Florida has mandatory prison sentencing laws regarding the use of firearms. So if you're convicted you will do prison time and a whole lot of it.
25 years ago there was a big PSA on the change to make you aware. Do your violent crime someplace else. It's titled 10-20-Life.
10 years: Mandatory minimum for producing a firearm during the commission of certain felonies.
20 years: If the firearm is discharged during the commission of the felonies.
25 years to life: If someone is shot and injured or killed during the commission of the felonies.
