I completely feel and I myself am heartbroken how a parent yet alone a mother has to hear that she won't get to see her son (one of the most dearest people and gifts you will get in your life) from my knowledge a seat belt should be implemented but please explain to me why someone in their right mind would even think about making the lock pin even bigger and unsafe for bigger people to ride on it. In my opinion this is what they should be looking at is who made these adjustments and who approved it. It seems to me like people with money lack some brain cells especially the owner or whoever made this adjustment. Surely you didn't think of the outcomes that could have come out of your actions all for a simple quick buck

They adjusted the safety mechanism for Tyre because they felt bad for him and they didn’t grasp the dangers. There’s a reason this kind of thing is so rare. Adjusting the safety like that operator did is an insane move that 99.99% of operators in the USA would never do. Expect involuntary manslaughter / reckless endangerment charges.

The turn around to ensure the seat belts were latched was $$$$. Not the cost of installing them. Cumulatively the would lose time and money inspecting for seatbelt before every ride. I say rob em!
