Very lovely city. I want to visit there soon. I think we will see Roxas city really develop in the next five years. It's a great location and good timing to put some roots down there in the early stages of development. Just my opinion ☺️

for sure, let's see some of those Roxas condos (especially in the $50- $75 K USD range) if you happen upon any.
That pool / Jacuzzi does look nice and relaxing... I expect in the evening with a full moon, it must be amazing.

So to get a handle on what's going on with the channels, it seems original That Phil' life ( 130k subs) has now been renamed Bianca Biakiin solo? That Philippines Life ( this one) has mixed stuff and That's so Interesting! has Mikes solo vids, is that right? We getting confused guys! Whoa, I've checked again and there's only 2 channels now? OG That's Phil' Life > Bianca and That's so Interesting > That Phil life?
We did make a video about this explaining Bianca's life was becoming more about Cosplay, Modelling, JCI and it confused our audience who were just looking for travel/move to the Philippines type videos. Bianca was taking over the main channel and I would take the new channel to stick to the more core topics. We are waiting on UA-cam to transfer the proper "That Philippines Life" url over here

Hey, can one of you pod-casters in the Philippines talk a little about 1. "Retired single women moving there from America" (if there are any and how safe is it for older women, etc...) and 2. Does Amazon deliver there? (If they do, seems that would solve several problems.) 3. Is the internet and electricity reliable? This would be interesting to know instead of just old men stuff...lol.
Definitely can talk about it but clearly rare not sure I know of any but Bianca perspective if she was single may help, the 2nd and 3rd easy answers I'll set it up!
It is generally safe for single foreign women to be in the Philippines; of course, as with any place, there good and parts.
Amazon does deliver here, but the shipping (from the USA) can be a deal breaker. The electricity and the internet is tolerable. I'm paying $50/month for a 100 mbps internet. And my electric bill is around $90/month.

Perhaps you misunderstood, I do not want the 24 hour stress filled life of the western world. The chase for the newest car every year for example. We like the slower pace, tropical weather and a simpler life but also understand I do have some things I really want to have in my life, fast internet, air conditioning when I sleep. Across the Philippines P10k-P15k a month can get you this type.of house. But some high demand parts of the country you can't anymore and so you have to look in different areas.
I,m like other viewers, your videos aren't the same without Bianca. Are you two still together.

Bianca's life has become full of cosplay, Modelling, JCI (all female chapter) and still some vlogs together. We separated it to keep the content consistent on each channel.
