Your hair is like magic. Lol. But seriously, my hair was getting your length but I did a big chop. My hair was damaged severely from years of relaxing. I did big chops where I would hair natural hair and then go back to relaxed hair months later. Wasted effort. 2021 is my year of saying goodbye to hair dye and relaxers. Relaxers will be permanent but the color might get me in the summer lol.

I am white, but I have learned so much about my hair watching black hair tutorial videos.
My hair is a 1, but I’ve learned it’s also coarse and dry (I have Romany history and like 1% Cameroon).
I’ve learned that I CANNOT use the same products or hair routines that my mother and sister use and that products that are moisturising and protective work best for
Me. I don’t wash everyday like they do. They have to wash everyday. I can’t.
When I followed their hair routines (because you know, that’s the only way to do it for fine, white hair) my hair literally broke off at the roots.
    It was the WORST.
Anyway, since learning about how to take care of my hair through channels like this one my hair is so much healthier.
A lot of white girls with curly hair have no idea how to manage their hair. They also get a lot of flack from white women about their hair not being pretty or professional (unkempt is the vibe I feel) and they could learn so much from these. Like my cousin had really beautiful curly hair as a kid but as she grew
Up she learned how to care for her hair from her mother (who has straight as a pin fine hair) and as a result her hair was a dry, brushed out, poofy mess. She knows how to look after her curls better now.
    Thank you for these videos.
I learn SO much about hair, culture, everything.
