Hello Dr Ming. Great video. My daughter is 6 years. She can say A to Z, 1-10, she has vocabulary, she can recognise pictures, she imitates and sings rhymes but not clear. My only concern is how to make her speak sentence. Till now shebuses only one word to communicate. But if I make her repeat after me she will do it. Request you to kindly advise. Would highly appreciate it. Regards
I suggest that you start talking to her only in 1-2 word sentences and no need for her to repeat. This is what we call language facilitation. Because she is 6 years old, it will be better if you find some activities that she enjoys and start talking and describing things to her. The key is not for her to reply, she would be listening to what you're saying and process it on her own. Don't give up!
Great advice Ming! Also put realistic pictures on your wall and engage in small talk about the pictures daily. We do this with our son and we are seeing improvement

Hello Mr.Ding..my son is 4 years old and can recognise A to Z, vegetables, shapes, fruits I taught to him. He speaks many words but if I try speaking to him in complete sentence he will only pick up key words he fill important..he remembers everything taught, recites rhyms but pronunciation are not clear, routine words he speaks clearly in mother tongue..please suggest how to make his pronunciation clear and create his interest in communication with proper eye contact.....
My son is 3 years old no verbal communication from him. The only communication is with gestures for milk or he will take me to the thing he wants. But if I call out his name, then no response and if I say NO to him to stop him then also mo response. Please can you help I am really worried about him

Hey Liza, many children do sit like that. In not an expert in this, so it's better if you consult a physical therapist or doctor.
