Hi Sachin, you know when I lived in Trinidad I never heard of Pepper roti, so I never tried it. It's only recently (within the last 10 years) I heard my sister from Trinidad talking about it. Whenever I get to Trinidad, I'll have to try it. Thanks, yours looks real delicious though . Good job.
