I'm sold, not a bad package. Prefer higher rating right out the box but still better than nothing
Really cool product. Greatly over engineered with high utility and high function. I hope this passes the local laws for us to issue one of these for each of our students and not just those that could afford it!
La dirección la ciudad
I have one. It's almost $500 a piece
That's actually pretty slick. And it can hold rifle plates.
The front I think is only a soft body plate. Good luck against a rifle.
I have Hesco Soecial Threat plates from Trex Arms in this backpack and it holds but makes the bag a beast in the weight department
@@jedrayne3636 you didn't watch the video clearly they said you can upgrade to better rated armor
@@jedrayne3636 dude🤦♂️ 3:40
No STOP IT!! it doesn't look like an everyday backpack. It looks like a freaking packed parachute!!!! 😆 🤣 😂 I'm still buying it though
In the UK this is on offer for £350 delivered on eBay - if you live and work in any major city here (thankfully I don't) this should be on your 2023 Christmas wish list.
great idea.
You can put hard plates in them to
Every time I have an idea.
Hell yeah...
very interesting product
OK. So I thought "bullet proof backpack" was just a joke. But, this one isn't.
I don't know it seems to only hold pencils and a laptop. Sounds like a pencil pushers plate pack.
most aren't, they are making legit one's now, many companies
i want one..would be GREAT if they would give those side panels more coverage though too,if they could. hmm
Quickest deploying armored backpack that I've seen. But not sure how these plates would perform compared to other backpacks
Newb, It's NOT plates, it's Level IIIA soft body armor... maybe you should go watch it again and then go look up what a IIIA will stop.
@@kilofoxtrot7051 lol why you so angry bruh. Semantics aside my question stands...its not a put down.
Maybe you're so use to negativity that you interpret everything as such.
@@gamersquidtv5000 I understand your response because the tone of the other guy was uncalled for, but I will say that when it comes to safety, semantics matter. "Plates" is a term that refers to a minimum level of protection that this backpack doesn't provide and confusion in that regard can have serious consequences.
This would be nice for my kids who are going to school, too many shootings these days I’m tired of it
If it could hold level 4 ceramics I'd buy.
It's a tactical gear carrier in a non tactical package. Not much room in backpack carry part but until deployment nobody might not notice you're carrying your tacgear. You just have to carry two backpacks, one for books, laptop, notebooks, pen...and then this one
yeah, I'll just get a second back to carry my books in my second backpack...uh, where on my body do I have space for a second back on which I can wear a second backpack?
@@t1zymrgst Exactly 😂😂😂
going to school with this
Will it hold a sig mcx rattler psb in the storage compartment? could be great for a truckgun solution
If I have kids I’m buying them one of those
Not enough room for kids school books. It's not made for kids, It'd be too heavy. My daughter just has a rectangular IIIA panel and she bitches about it and it's probably less than 3lbs.
Where do I get one
The backpack from Dora the Explorer just got an upgrade !!
Dora has business with the Cartel
can those shoulder straps be adjusted? looks super low hanging
I wear a XXL shirt (52” chest). Would this product fit?
My friend told me to buy one of these yesterday I don’t know why
i wish the storage compartment was bigger so you could fit a helmet
KEEP IT UP FOR THE SAKE OF HUMANITY LOVE KINDNESS PROSPERITY
Sad that I have to think about getting these for my kids. We had two high school killings happen recently so yeah. Nowadays, people think life is just a game and can just kill whenever.
you can make a 50$ version with a jansport plus cheap ebay kevlar panels and an airsoft plate carrier. just gotta stitch it all together
Who else is buying this for school
Where is the link?
Adding to the description now
Rainier Arms will be the exclusive US distributor. We should have them soon
Schools should give these things out for students to wear, I know I would like one of them
But then then there's the possibility of the shooter having one
This is the only good armored bag
So a RAD pack, but different...
This is THE "tactical backpack" for any civlilian intending to CC (or LE/plain-clothes). Keeps the gun/magazines off the body giving us full range of motion. Never printing. Never suddenly revealing the gun if reching for something in a high position. And most importantly....it offers protection from gun shots and kinfe attackss. Something no CCW holder has carrying a gun/holster on a belt. Wht if we're left out in the open? No time to find good protective cover??
Having protection for the back is SO VITAL in a real situation when we hav no idea if there are members of a gang standing behind us. We have no time or way to tell how many there are. Where they are. Are they standing behind us with spectators to the violence?
I
I'm kind of amazed this is the only "tactical backpack" like this (that I know of). That no one's throught of this for the civlilian (I think this is the intended buyer) market..
Why would you name a backpack after a fortress that's famous for being broken into?
Looks bulky and low on chest ... cool idea ...but c.a.r.r. Backpack is better and cheaper
You can adjust to have it fit higher on your chest
470.00 plus shipping ... that is not level 3a man ...don’t lie
It's 3A NIJ certified 👍
ITS ABOUT TO BE CHRISTMAS I'VE WRITTEN BEFORE ASKING FOR AN ANSWER FROM THE GOVERNMENT TO WHY MY BACKPACK(S) ARE ADVERTISED AND I'VE GONE WITHOUT AN ANSWER FROM 2015 JULY TILL TODAY 2021 DECEMBER 22. WHY HAVE I NOT BEEN CONTACTED WHO'S MAKING DEALS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION?.
FROM MR. RASAKI SIBOSTON WALLACE AND DAUGHTER ATARAH PATRICIA WALLACE SHE'S 8 YEARS OLD.
It looks cool but it's not practical if you ever find yourself needing to use it do you really think the robber/attacker is just going to stand idly by as you transform your book bag into body armor? No that's stupid
But what if someone heard gun shots around the corner?
Likely wont help if you're getting mugged, but in a situation where you're not the intended target, like a mass shooting, it will absolutely help protect you.
But does it protect against more than a handgun? Most school shootings use rifles and ARs so this won't even be relevant.
That's not true. In almost every school and mass shooting since Columbine most shooters use handguns because they're easier to conceal while moving through a crowd. At Sandy Hook the shooter had an AR but left it in the trunk of his car. The Virginia Tech shooter had pistols. The Pulse Night Club shooter used a 9mm carbine. The Batman Theater shooter had a rifle that jammed so he abandoned it and used a shotgun and pistol. Your kids are statistically more likely to die from getting something stuck in their butt than get shot with a rifle.
Just upgrade the extra plate pouches to level III, III+or level IV, problem solved!!!
Lol, this is going to be a failed project called it here. I’m just not buying it “I’m out”.
Oh its israeli instantly dont want it😂😂😂
Good idea but who can't see from 30 sec that when opening the backpack, it's full and there's nothing in it; no laptop, books, notebooks, etc. To put any load of regular use things it'd look like a college student Alice pack.
30-43 seconds. See through the propaganda salesmanship. The bag is 80% "concealed covert carry" and hopefully 15% what's supposed to be backpack. So if you want a backpack that can't carry a laptop and 1-2 textbooks, this is impractically for you!
Meh!

@BCPowerhouse Yeah, this one by Masada seems so much more compact and practical for civilians. The Lorica Nostrum backpack is huge and can accomodate a small rifle or SBR for someone on a military mission. Who plans on lugging that huge pack around? Not me. I would go for the small Masada with some plates. Nice!
