Really good video, but as a Mercedes dealership, which I have no doubt is a BSI:10125 approved repairer, why did you not mention that all work is completed following instructions from a Thatcham and BS10125 job pack, with all jobs signed off by ATA technicians? It would have been great to let people know that you are following an approved British Standard when repairing vehicles. After all, you are paying for it. Why not mention it and show the team referring to the pack and/or signing it off? Maybe you could do this in an updated video, possibly on the repair of an electric vehicle. Still a great video though.
