DO NOT WEAR THE WHITENING GEL OVERNIGHT. Also put the gel more on the inside base of the tray, not near your gums where it can squish out and irritate/burn your gums. Whitening comes in VARIOUS strengths and this video honestly shouldn’t tell everyone to wear overnight.

Anything 16% and under you can wear overnight if you don't have sensitivity. Anything above 16% peroxide and its usually 1 hour or less. 30% is like 10 minutes.
Do you rinse after
This is NOT SAFE! I spent 3 nights in the hospital (liver damage) after doing this. It clearly says DO NOT SWALLOW on the box. It is impossible for some of the gel not to slip out out your braces or, in my case, retainers. Even if you put it as far inside as possible, after a while, you can taste it in your mouth. The bracers do not have the same little pockets that the actual boutique trays have, and the fit around the gum line is different.
I have the same invisalign set, but my dentist didn’t provide any instructions. When I wear them overnight, I experience severe sensitivity in my teeth the next day
You're supposed to only wear them for 60 minutes thats what my dentist said
So do I. My dentist said to use over night. I can only go two days of use before I need a 2 day break. My ortho said this can be normal and just keep doing it paired with sensitive toothpaste. Treatment will just take longer. I feel you, I want to stop some days.

Might wanna give some time before drinking coffee. And best to drink with a straw

I have invisalign and was wondering if when i whiten my teeth with strips, will the whitening go through the attachments are am i bound to have yellow stains?
no you can’t, you have to finish your treatment or else you’ll end up with yellow stains. the video shows that you can use your (trays) to whiten your teeth.
Not true. You can use them with attachments makes no difference.
