Ngl Sonic 4 makes me nostalgic. Not necessarily nostalgic for the game itself though but for the time it released in. Man the late 2000s and early 2010s were such good times.
Nothing we can do to turn back time though. Might as well make the most of today than to constantly look back on yesteryears.

Well the PC version definitely has the best music. They amplified the bass a little more which was drastically missing from the other ones. It's a minor improvement but still..

Everyone’s saying that the beta mobile version is better when they literally don’t include the running animation and doesn’t include the mark shooting sound thing when sonic jumps

It does include the running animation. You just gotta go really fast for it to play. It will most likely play while going through the loops in SHZ2. You can see it in 5:50
I do like the Xbox 360 by comparison by far.

Music wise, my favorite is Wii/Android.
Sprites/Art wise, My favorite is PS3/Android.
Gameplay wise (its a tough one since i was really stuck on the final boss), my favorite is PS3/PC.

Fun fact: Dimps somehow managed to build the Sonic 4 engine on top of the one used for the Rush games.
Ps3 is best, mainly for the sonic coloring, the other ones are too bright or bad in resolution *cough cough* wii *cough cough*
The reason the music sounds different on the Wii version is because it had to be compressed in order to meet the WiiWare’s 40MB size limit.
Also, on the Wii version, when Sonic looks up, his mouth doesn’t open, unlike the other versions

I've only played the Android version, and let me tell you something:
That version is *BY FAR* better than the Console/PC versions! Sonic is less heavy, the special stages control better in mobile!

Funfact: The first Mobile version of the game actually used 3D models from Sonic Rush for the Nintendo DS and the enemies were ultra low-poly.
