What I love about your videos is the simplicity. No overblown productions or plugs for random products or clothing labels. Great production value in the videos.
I liked that the song was saying “we defy gravity” and then you fell! Not sure if this was intentional or not but funny either way. Another great video. If anyone deserves that big one it’s you!
I use to fish there alot. Lived in the apartments on top the hill straight across from there in the 80s. 31lbs was my biggest. Seen a 60lb caught. Always a pleasure. Thanks for take'n us along. 💯
I’m in college now but it’s crazy but I’ve been watching you since freshman high school year. It’s so entertaining and I appreciate it gotta love fishing!!!
Hey buddy, I have an idea. How about setting up that bait caster for BIG BIG catfish? Maybe, put a 100lb test and 150lb braid and put you a flat river sinker on there it will keep your bait grounded while it's on the bottom that you won't get snagged but make sure you have access to DEEP water with a current with a BIG BAIT setup on the end of it. That's just an idea to maybe help you out man.
That is a great looking spot. Seeing the water low around those concrete barriers explains why you had so many snags when the water was high. Thanks for the vid, Nick!
Any fish is a good fish, Nick you invest your time to entertain us and your genuineness is the bait that catches me every episode, never change in this regard 😂
Watch out for that sand bar. Many years ago, I fell asleep on that same sand bar. When I woke my poles and tackle box were gone. The only thing left were my 2 bells lying there. Oh well, that's what you get fishing across the river from the murder capital of the US. I grew up in GC (you know the place) and used to ride my bicycle there when I was a kid.
Escape From New York was filmed on that bridge. The escape scene over the bridge near the end. Ernest Borgnines taxi 🚖 was blown in half. Used to hang out there all the time
We use that 2 leader system in WA for salmon, it’s called plunking. Love to see catching all these different species on it. Love the videos, keep up the great work!
Noticed you still have on the ratty stock tires on your bike. I also have a fat tire ebike and I put some of these tires on it since I off road a lot, Shinko SR244 Series Dual Sport Tire 3.00-16 45P Front/Rear 4-Ply Tube
I love how the music stopped right when you ate 💩….🤣 Way to get back up 👏🏼🍻 Please try live skip jacks on a fly line rig.. Catching skipjacks are fun with a jerk bait
Love your content Nick. Been watching you for a few years now, always waiting for the next episode. I think it would be awesome for you to do a collaboration with Spencer from river certified. You both bring amazing energy to your videos. Just an idea. Can’t wait for the next video. Hoping for that 100+ for you.
Great video as always bud 👍. Sorry about your camera... but hey, that crash onto soft sand could have been sooo much worse than that, certain you will agree. Like the rig you were using and it simply had to have that much weight due to the current. It however led to the white bass that swallowed it and you couldn't know that you even had a fish on until you were moving spots or checking bait. If you ever get back there with water level about the same, maybe try a really big live minnow or small live bluegill, skipjack, sucker, moon eye, etc. But alive and wiggling and maybe even under a float and cast upstream and let it drift down....🤷 Gotta agree with you that spot LOOKS epic!
I think that was a potentially awesome location and well worth trying again. Are there any large fish hiding - YES. You just have to crack the code. It's dirty water, and I think you need a very stinky bait for the catfish. Loved your video, as usual.
That Penn Spin Fisher your using is an amazing reel! They catch some really big fish!! ♥️💯💯👊👊. I have the 10500 size that has 60lb of drag and 600 yards of 80lb braid!
Rented scooters in Cozumel years ago when they closed the beaches due to rip currents. The sand was a killer😂 just riding along, folks dropping right and left! Anyway great video, as always.
That was bad luck with the polariser! Still you managed to pull out a few nice fish there. I think other comments might be right, you need to be going for more aromatic 😅 baits to lure the big cats. 😊
Aye keep up the content bud! Coincidentally I just so happened to get a similar setup and I had bait off all 3 ends. Bites the couple times I’ve tried but no hooksets. Can’t wait to try your setup and hopefully see if that does the trick for me too. The Wisconsin river has been slow for me this year. Cheers mate 🤘🏼😇
Igrew up fishing that area with my dad. I have seen giant Sturgeon and spoonbills caught from there. I only remember seeing the water that low once and it may not have been quite that low. They also caught sauger and walleye from there. There was a state trooper named Dutch that always caught big fish.
Fantastic video and good catches! Sorry to hear you broke a piece of your camera that stinks dude! Have a fun safe weekend dude! Take care Nick and see you next adventure!
I know most of those spots really well, it's bout time to get you a boat and get after it. Fishing for monsters from shore is extremely difficult in those areas and I wouldn't advise being there after dark either.
Try some night fishing bro. Where I'm from the big cats move in at night I bet you get the monster your looking for. Side note love the chanel love the content keep it up!
You need to use clam snouts and chicken livers. Wrap them in pantihose before you put them on your hook so they stay on better. Even use shrimp heads. That's what I have used and caught catfish close to 20lbs in my local rivers. I hooked one but wasn't able to land it. It broke my 60lb line after a 45 minute or longer fight.
What I love about your videos is the simplicity. No overblown productions or plugs for random products or clothing labels. Great production value in the videos.
Also you're down to earth. I also tried fishing the fox River and dupage rivers and holy mother of God... you could walk across
Wish ya would do at least 30 min videos... you do some TOP notch videos buddy. Really enjoy your content. Stay safe and most importantly TIGHTLINES...
I really can't wait till he catches the 100 pound catfish🐟🎣🎣 His reaction will be awesome
It will an absolute EPIC MOMENT! IT will be Celebration Day!! 💯👊👊😃
I hope it happens but it’s a pretty unrealistic goal, I would start with a 60-70 pound goal first

Fished here since a kid and have pulled and seen some monster pulled out of that section of river! Thanks for the amazing video Nick!!!
I used to fish here every morning but I liked standing on the big round barriers near the faster water. Mostly catching white bass and sauger/Walleye

Best channel around. Keeping the bloopers in is a testament to why we all can’t wait for a great Nick vid.
I love to watch you fish with such enthusiasm, energy.. WOW thanks again
That is a great looking spot. Seeing the water low around those concrete barriers explains why you had so many snags when the water was high. Thanks for the vid, Nick!
😂🤣😂🤣 .... .. .... ... That "Fall" at the beginning Nick was AWESOME! TOO FUNNY!!! Nobody "falls" like Nick
I can’t wait until you reach the monster lake sturgeon! Keep it going Nate!
Fished there all of my life. Thirty years ago sauger and walleye was caught there. The last time I was there nothing but big head.
The irony of “we found gravity” was not lost on me.
As always, great music!
You'll get that Monster Catfish. Never Give Up!!!
Any fish is a good fish, Nick you invest your time to entertain us and your genuineness is the bait that catches me every episode, never change in this regard 😂
I'll bet you suck a mean cock butternut, you are gracious and very kind ❤🎉
I just found this spot a few months ago! I’m excited to see what you catch and how!!
never thought about heading over to fish this, i literally work right down the road. love your videos, hope to run into you around town some day.
This video and your optimism is truly incredible. You’ll soon catch that monster fish!

Great job and great place. I thank there more there . I would love to see you go back their soon. Thanks for the video
Rented scooters in Cozumel years ago when they closed the beaches due to rip currents. The sand was a killer😂 just riding along, folks dropping right and left! Anyway great video, as always.
wow the river is so low right now. I have never seen the water going over it like that. So cool
You could make a music video with the fish you catch there…..drum and bass 😎
Very cool spot nick hope to see you there again in another video keep em coming mate great vid 💯🎣🎣🎣
Enjoyed the video, always relaxing and a pleasure. Gets my juices going to get out and do some fishin'. 🙂

I am watching from Elmira NY you should try a camping fishing episode
I’ve got to get one of those bikes. I’ve got several physical limitations that keep me from getting to the better spots.
Always looking forward to your adventures!
Nick, the fact that you share you falls is incredible. Most people wouldn’t.
Liked & commented for broken lenses. Keep making fun videos!
Awesome looking spot there! Still caught some fish which is always a plus!
Those rapids are your best bet for a big cat. Perfect flathead environment. They patrol for food washed over.
😂😂 Nick you're lucky. That happened to me on my motorcycle. And the beach was loaded with people 😂😂 thanks for the videos keep them coming
Nice video again👍👌 But why are you using that lipgrip so much? Is it really nesasery?
An absolutely incredible video Nick! Such an incredible fishing spot. See ya later buddy!
I know most of those spots really well, it's bout time to get you a boat and get after it. Fishing for monsters from shore is extremely difficult in those areas and I wouldn't advise being there after dark either.
Enjoyed the content Nick👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽
Ever since, your editing skills is awesome
We call that 1st fish caught a silver bass here in Canada 🇨🇦. Good eating. Where are you fishing?
Sand bar
Near St Louis Missouri... I'm gonna guess that's the Missouri River, it joins the Mississippi River just north of STL. 👍
Definitely looks like a good spot. Those were some nice drums.
Good job! That’s a beautiful place
I watch this channel often. From Japan.
You should do a catch and cook would be awesome 👌 👏
Oliver and I watched your video! He is going to be your little fishing buddy! He was amazed 😊
Haha I can’t wait! I love you thanks for watching as always!!! 😘
The French water drum was a nice catch so was the 2 bass you caught
Nick, I AM WISHING YOU LUCK FOR THE 100 POUND CATFISH!!!
The rod you caught those first two fish on....is that an ugly stick big water?
(1:25) Oops... he obeyed gravity. 😉
dig your bike set up.
Been watching since 2019. 🤙🤙🤙
Fishin' the barrels! Nice.
Try some night fishing bro. Where I'm from the big cats move in at night I bet you get the monster your looking for. Side note love the chanel love the content keep it up!
What reel do you use with your battle cat?
great day of fishing nick.
You need to use clam snouts and chicken livers. Wrap them in pantihose before you put them on your hook so they stay on better. Even use shrimp heads. Id love to see a longer overnight fishing trip video
If I were looking for a 100 lb cat . I'd go back there on a full moon and spend the night...
Bike and fishing, nice video from 🇧🇷
Buddy falls down in almost every video lol, I love it
Best fishing channel!!!
The scene of you driving by on the bike is nice.
if there are catfish in those waters you should try and hit it at night with cutbait.
would love to see a catch and cook episode
Thursday is the best day of the week
Hopefully you are ok 👍 👌 also nice catches 👍 👏
i love fishing
Always appreciate the fishing but your videography is really improving. ❤
You ought to try gold fish in that river. I don’t know your laws, if you’re allowed. I would try or a good size blue gill in that water.
I'm from Saint Louis, been to that spot many times
