How could we apply this concept to people bullying us.. but specifically being jealous and competitive with us? I have worked in trying to stop pressurising myself and in effect bullying myself and that has been helpful. But.. I don’t know where to begin with the amount of people that have really hurt my career and relationships, through being jealous, ill intentioned & competitive with me.. how can I stop experiencing that?
Wish I had a simple answer to this Anna. It might be that you can't "stop experiencing that" but rather to begin looking at the instances of when it happens. What's going on in you when it happens outside? What might it be pointing to, in you? When something is repetitive it can be helpful to look at what patterns in us have that continue to occur. This week I put out a video on Developing a Secure Self which might be helpful.
