For Beginners, painting small can take away the pressure and the fear to try new ideas, experiment and be bold with your choices. Let's play our way through watercolor. In this video we'll be exploring a a sunflower.
No Drawing, No outline required!
I'll be using my QOR palette. But you can find all the colors in other popular brands like Daniel Smith, M. Graham, Windsor and Newton and Sennelier.

I love your tutorials and your painting is so beautiful. I am really enjoying the Try it Tuesday series. The idea of painting small and thinking big is fantastic. BTW….the shape you are calling a rhombus (which is a diamond shape with four equal length sides) would better be described as a trapezoid ( which has four sides, not equal length and two of those sides are parallel to each other).

I don’t mean to call you out, but I always think that if I were making a public error like that that I would hope someone would help me out by pointing me in the right direction.
