Thank you so much Kristina 💗❤️ I just have to tell you something. In the yr of 2016/2017 I started juicing and eating all kinds of vegetables and vegetarian alternatives. I was going to start a juice bar thanks to your inspirational videos. Unfortunately the store that was up for rent was sold to another person. I never got the chance to open that green juice bar but I’m forever grateful to you for spreading your knowledge. Thanks 🙏🏼🙏🏼💗♥️

Thank you so much for sharing this!!! It is so helpful for everyone no matter where we are in our journey :) I have a question about eating healthy and raw when traveling. I travel for work to places that are food deserts. Places filled with mostly fast food restaurants and finding spinach, kale, apples, etc would be almost impossible. How can I plan for work trips like that? Most of these trips are only for 1 week at a time, but they throw my eating way off because I always have to reset. Thank you for answering my question. Hugs and Love - K❤

the sugar found in sweets like candies are polysaccharides(complex sugar) whereas the sugar found in fruit or monosaccharides(simple sugar). the body absorbs monosaccharides through the liver instead of utilizing the pancreas, which is one of the causes or problems with diabetes. hope this helped

Don't juice then, only blend. You need that fiber. Add whole flax or chia seeds for extra fiber and omega 3 fatty acids. Keep your seeds in the fridge and only grind them as needed.
