I make this soup too. In my case, I add the spinach first which helps to soften the Kale. I use frozen veggies, so i can make the soup in double quick time. It is soooo delicous! That is my version of idikiakong soup! Yummm!
Your dishes look so yummy. For the kale, if you want to try this, put it in after everything and let the steam cook the kale, that way, it's not overcooked.

No more fever symptoms.I later remembered that I have not eaten pounded yam for the whole week that was why I was feeling sick and tired. I even brought some pounded yam and egusi pepper soup to work today.🤗
