Politicians/government supporting second amendment/NRA aren’t going to give up filling up their pockets. That’s their only priority. Loss of innocent human life means nothing to them. It’s extremely exhausting to see this as a “ common “ problem in our Country.
Delilah …same said about Planned Parenthood . More babies are murdered in their “safe place” than ANY gun violence. How can we expect people to have morals when some people don’t even value a helpless baby. Priorities in THIS country are so out of whack.

Having grown up in East Lansing. This has been hard to deal with. I grew up walking around the MSU campus. It's a beautiful community. It is hard to deal with this tragedy.

I and my two brothers all went to MSU - my four years were some of the happiest of my life - and so were theirs. I have a niece and nephew there now, and they love it, but they haven't figured out how to process this yet.

They used to be serial killers, killing people over a year or two.

How is this student able to make the rounds on TV, after witnessing classmates being murdered right in front of him and why would Police allow him to share details with public before the case and scene is wrapped up?

What usa needs to do is to declare a state of emergency and take down all the gang, g*n traffickers, and bandits like El Salvador and Philippines did, and encourage the good and working ppl to carry g*ns to at least have a fighting chance (that's what 2nd amendment is for).

There are a number of things wrong with that thinking.
First, we made murder illegal, but they're still committing murder? Why? Because criminals don't care about laws, and same thing applies to gun control. People who want guns will always get their hands on them, or they'll simply make the guns themselves.
Second, lets say it does prevent one potential shooter from getting a gun. They're still going to commit a mass murder with anything else they can get their hands on.
For instance, there was a mass murder event in Norway where a guy went into a store with a bow and arrow and knives and killed 5 people.
The root cause in that case was the same as the root causes in all these shootings. Unstable people reaching their breaking point.
What we should be focusing on is making our country a place people would enjoy living in, somewhere where people will be able to afford the cost of living right out of high school. Perhaps normalizing the idea of taking care of your mental health, and making the resources more available.
But no, we have people like you who are completely blind to everything around them, and tunnel visioning on the idea that guns are the only problem and taking guns away from people is going to make this the utopia you've always dreamed of.

Finally an interview with a student who actually appears to be affected by this. Most appear to think it's their 15 minutes of fame and enjoying it.
And expresses concern for other students.
There needs to be more control over who can legally purchase firearms.
It is not everyone’s right to own a firearm.
The amendments were meant to be changed for the better. Too many people with severe mental health issues being allowed to legally purchase guns which they then commit homicides with. Enough is enough.

@@chrisso871 yeah Uvalde is one but there have been not others in Red states But when did we start lumping in gang shootings? Or armed robberies with multiple shooters because that's not being honest at all. 2.5 million defensive shootings last year where the bad guy didn't win so guns do more good than harm. An armed citizen is more than 60 percent more likely to stop a mass shooting than the police. Those are FBI stats too. What should have been done is his ass should have still been locked up but a woke ass prosecutor dismissed his gun charge allowing him to hit the streets. It's ridiculous that certain prosecutors (Krasner Boudin and the like) were allowed to break the law as they saw fit in order to appease leftists.
