Thank you for the helpful videos! I have a ZQII and I can't make it work right. I am from Germany and don't know how to repair it.
My problem is that the tuft is uneven. One side of the pile is always longer than the other. Can you maybe make a video where you show how to fix this problem?

Hi,
I've been researching loop and cut guns and I haven't really seen any legit sites to buy one or the sites say it will take longer than 2 months to receive it. I also see they can't get in contact with the seller about any issues that come up after they received it. I've been looking into rug babe guns but there isn't much info out there about you guys. How long would it take to receive the tufting gun and is it as good as the blue gun that you are putting back together or the green gun that I been seeing?
