Hello, my gun starts beeping when trying to tuft through monks cloth. When I turn the gear the gear by hand it does not jam and seems to move smoothly. When I press the trigger while it is in the air, it also seems to be running fine but once I place it in the fabric , it makes a beeping sound and will not work.
Hello. My heat does not move at all and when I press the button it beeps. I tried all of the tips in the video and nothing worked. Any other suggestions?
Hi there, the pin on my tufting gun seems to be almost grinding together with the scissors and the gun won't move up the cloth, rather it keeps tufting on the same spot, any solutions to this I'd greatly appreciate? Thanks :)
Hello! My cut pile gun gear is really difficult to spin when getting to the scissor/cut position. Other than than it turns smoothly until getting to that point? I highly believe this is causing a beeping noise and also causing the machine to get stuck. Do you have any ideas? Please let me know.
Hey, Sounds like you pit the scissorsclosing block too much to the back. Try loosening it and move it a bit forward. the scissors should really just close when they‘re at their outmost point. If the block is too much back. they close too early but the gear still wants to push them forward what makes it moving very hard.
My gun is making a high pitch noise and the week will only move when its disconnected from the scissors. I just got the gun a couple weeks ago

Hi there. Thank you for the video and amazingly simple instructions. My problem with the gear continues after I used the second option, the cut pile one. The thing is, the gear is moving smoothly when I made it perfectly aligned, but when I tighten the screws, it goes back to not moving smoothly. What can be the issue? Thank you very much 💗
The screws on the side of the housing? Hmm, that's weird. Maybe something get's pushed together accidentally that should not? You can also send me a video and pictures to help@tuftinglove.com. So I can '' have a look''
Hi thank you for the video!! I tried to adjust the stop. However, I still have the problem, that the top bar does not stop at the same position every time it stops. Sometimes a little left to the Center, sometime a little right to the Center. In your Video it looks like the top bar always stops at the vary same position. Due to this problem the cotton cloth is cut every now and then. :( Do you know what the problem could be? Thanks in advance! Christina

hello! I just got a 2 in 1 tufting gun and when I wanted to test it it started beeping loudly. I oiled it because as a solution they told me that it could lack lubrication but after that, the wheel did not turn anymore, and it got stuck. I don't know what to do. It no longer moves. I need help 🙏
Hi amazing video, My cut pile gun started making this high pitch noise when I turn it on and it wont work. I did oil it but it seems the big white gear is stuck and wont rotate or move at all? pls help me
Hey the two of you, high pitched noise usually means the motor can't move because there is something stuck. Are you able to turn the big white gear by hand when the machine is unplugged?
@@Tuftinglove No I wasn't able to. However I took some screws off and was able to push the big white gear at a 45 degree angle (away from the silver gear that turns it) and was able to move the white gear. Seems like the silver gear is stuck. I checked and there's no loose yarn anywhere :(
Hi - I have a new cut pile gun - when i first turned it on, the black gear is spinning but the white one is not. When i turn it off and turn the white gear by hand, it seems to connect and then disconnect with the black gear - what can I do to make the gears run together properly?
Hey Bash, sorry for the late answer. Most likely the gears are not aligned properly. You can do so by losening the screw on top of the switch. Then you should be able to move the small black gear with the motor (these are connected directly. So you need to find the right angle, to make sure the white and the black gear always touch but there is no force between the two. Don't hesitate to send me an email to help@tuftinglove.com If you have problems solving it. We will upload a video for this problem within the next days.
@@Tuftinglove could you maybe upload that video soon? My cut pile is doing the same thing, the black gear and white gear are not consistently touching causing the white gear not to move. I’ve never made any adjustments to it
Make sure you can rotate it easily by hand. If that's not the case make the adjustements to do so. Also make sure there are no yarn scraps within the moving parts, it's cleaned and well oiled
@@Tuftinglove I've managed to get the block to go round but still now can't work out why the yarn is not cutting. Tried it with the block at every level!

What could be the issue? Every time I start to use it the light just dims out. It has never done it before and it now decides to do it when I need it the most. Please help
Hey, sounds like your cable is having a loose connection and it's only connecting the wires properly in a certain angle. Unplug it, check all the cable from the powerplug to the machine, might be there are cut somewhere and open the handle to see if the cableing inside the machine is correct. there has to be something loose, irregular somewhere
