Awesome U did a good job installing your Chimnea,i have My Woodburning stove in my Pub shed, but I don't have the chimnea install yet, but learning from you it will be installed very soon, Thank u Sir for the Video.
How has this fared since you installed it? Any issues? Looking at installing something similar. Has the wall or roof around flue charred from the heat? I read mixed things about the distance required and using cement boards so the wall doesn't catch fire, also insulation tape around the flue. Regards.
I've been to Devon on holiday and i think it's a beautiful part of the country, i stayed in Ilfracoombe and visited Lynton and Lynmouth, the huge beach at i think was Woolacombe and a bay by Combe Martin, Clovelly was hands down my favourite place though, i think it is actually Lower Clovelly, for the people who might read this comment who have never been there or even heard of Clovelly there is not much there but what is there is beautiful but beautiful doesn't quite do it justice, perhaps you could do a video on Clovelly and some other places as a kind of review on Devon, you could do the just a thought. Keep up the good work 👍
Thanks, glad you enjoyed your visit, it is a great part of the world... I had thought of getting a drone and picking up some of the local landmarks... although not sure if that's really what people want from the channel.
what interests me... how many square meters do you heat with the stove, and what was the highest temperature you reached. i also have the frontier stove and heat a 14 square meter garden house made of stone. my highest temperature that i reached after several hours was around +23° celsius with an outside temperature of around +/-0° celsius. if the outside temperature falls below 0° celsius, it becomes almost impossible for the frontier stove to maintain a comfortable room temperature. That's my impression after about two years of use. with an outside temperature of -10° celsius, in my case the frontier stove just reached +17° celsius in the garden shed. you can work with it, but it's not much
I would have though you would need to put in a double skin flue to protect your shed roof from the heat.. you'll also need a heat proof mat for underneath for ash drop out..other wise looking good.
Really helpful video so thanks. I’ve just finished installing it today and all went well thanks to this video. Have you had any issues or concerns about the inside where the flu goes through the wooden shed roof? My flu pretty much touches the wooden shed roof where it goes through.
Hello ...hope you can help . I'm just about to fit a stove in my shed , did you have any problems with your installation through your wooden roof ? How is it when it gets hot ? Has it affected the wood at all ?
Thanks for posting this very informative video, there aren't many instructional videos on this that I've come across. I have the Anyvay Frontier stove, don't know if they are exactly the same, but they look very similar. I have a quick question regarding the top pipe. When it rains do you get any water coming in through the Spark Arrestor? How do you manage to seal the roof when you dismantle the stove to take camping? I really want to get this kit, but I've not seen a rain deflector (Witches Hat) for this stove. Thanks for posting, all the best.
Can you legally use this stove in a shed in England. I've been looking into it and getting mixed results. Some say they have to be inspected and installed by an expert but to me it's portable so shouldn't need a professional.
What hot tent are you looking at? I am going through the same process myself. I have found we have a very poor market here in the states, and in the UK you seem to have a lot of companies.
A guy named Lonnie has a good video series on UA-cam making a poly tarp tepee, a stove jack out of fiberglass and silicone, and installing a stove in it. I plan to give it a try this winter.
I bought one a couple of days ago and so far I'm not impressed. I find it hard to get a good fire going and it does tend to go out a lot. It doesn't take big logs.
Hi, great video, I’m actually about to install a Gstove into a shed in the next week, so it was very useful indeed. By the way, how has it been going since the installing and are there any tips you can give with the hindsight of time.? Many thanks.

DevonReviewer no harm in giving it a go

Great video! considering a camp stove for the weather here in the UK camping!

I second the question on the potential to dismantle. I wonder if its possible or if its now locked in place?

Cool thanks mate
