Hey Misha! On acc there is no wet line, you take the dry line, that's because the wet weather simulation is not the best. You can't really take kerbs because they still kill you but the wet line doesn't exist
I only play ACC in the wet, generally in the Lexus for RWD slidey fun. Going to give it a go in the Porsche after seeing this. I usually leave the ABS alone and have the TC on one otherwise the back tires overheat. Hard to get the throttle control good enough with just a controller, wheel and pedals will come one day. I have always loved driving in the rain, I live in New Zealand and you either love rain or live frustrated because it rains a lot here :) Edit: Just did a lap in the Porsche and can report back that it sticks like s#%t a blanket and not a problem to drive with TC off. Never driven a Porsche in real life but I guess that is what they are about with the weight of the engine on the driving wheels. Cheers for the content Misha, got the Nurburgring download a couple months ago and I think I have been following your channel since about the same time.
love Mishas' tutorial laps, wild to see him do one on a sim. Should get his teammate steve(SuperGt) to do a tutorial lap as well. He's always been the most informative Gran Turismo player on youtube
Gran Turismo 7 had a brilliant wet weather dynamics where you needed to use a wet line on the Nordschleife but since its been updated you can pretty much drive anywhere on track now without much issue
Hope this will make people love wet laps as much as I do!
Thanks for this guide.. the wet layout is something i still have to learn.
Misha, is this on ACC?
Ah just saw the spectators and tents that is ACC

Shoulda done iracing for this and on the gt4 m4
Heel mooi Misha!
This is great, so educating... Only thing I wonder is why you guys have that weird POV with the screen so far.
Well thats a cool rig! What rig is that? The cockpit.
Also the key to wet tracks is to hust drive in the driest part lol so yes not normal lines.
Any idea what True Drive setup Misha was using here? I drive the same car in ACC, so I'd love to replicate what he felt. Thanks!
