Trying the tint my Prius with Walmart back magic tint

My wife wanted her car tinted and the next appointment that I was able to find was for September. So, I attempted to tint her car with Walmart black magic tint. Wish me luck.

I tinted my car for the 1st time got tint from amazon 45$ 20x100 ft, UA-camrs and redit reviews say its cheaper and pure junk compared to walmart tint. 1st window took 3 tires the others took 2. the back window the pro tint shop said its a 8 of 10 and it took him 3 tries it took me 8. no bubbles but there are 3 crease marks and its cut maybe 1/4 in to small if not smaller. So no big deal. Iam about to rip it off and put on geoshield a pro level tint. same amount 100 ft but it was 230$.

make sure to shrink to film and have it very slippery so you can slide into place i found dawn dish spray to work really well and that bih was 10 easier to apply

U did a decent job honestly, I would be happy if I tinted my car like that. Any tips? I’m guessing u didn’t use heat gun?

I live in Maryland and it says the legal tint is 35% but when i went to walmart it looked too light I really want to use 20% I see people in my state with dark tints

just get the desired tint you want, i was skeptical at first but i went with 15% on my fronts and 45% windshield and i’ve been pulled over and the cop didn’t say anything about my tint, you’ll get unlucky if a cop questions you about it

Enjoy it. Not much. Maybe lower the car and add an intake. But, the car is made to safe gas so I guess leave the car stock
