You'll know his voice from all the Oxy skincare spots he voiced in the 80s.

They'd say things like "That was the 70s, these are the 80's!" and "That was the 60's, these are the 70's!" and so on. I think it only stopped in 2000 because there was no longer a catchy way of saying it.
