Good review, to be honest i was kinda glad to see ypu putting the vita slim down on some point purly because it showed that you were really coming from a neutral stand point. I do think that the vita and vita slim are cool device im just glad to see complete honesty from a reviewer. Also do you have any plans to do reviews for big 3ds titls when they come out? Such as super smash bros, monster hunter4 and even the new old pokemon games.

You should get the slim if you want better battery life, better buttons, and grip. But if you like the oled screen then go with the original. Note this though, the original is way more pricier than the ps vita slim. Overall I would rather the ps vita slim.

Do you have a Chinese manufactured model? Cause I have none of these creaking problems, and the device doesn't flex at all when you apply pressure. But that might be because mine is imported from Japan, and manufactured in Japan.

Someone needs to make a Game Cartridge that adapts to use a micro sd, since the Vita cards are smaller than Microsds they cant be used as an adapter, and they are way too expensive. Can someone make a game cartridge that reads a micro sd, sorta like the R4 for ds?
My problem with the vita is its not powerful enough to accomplish what it needs to. Were this device could shine in the future is streaming. I dont know if sony will push it hard enough though. Meaning that sony should have a server building with the most powerful gaming computers in the world and update the GPUS in those computers regularly and use those computers for game streaming. Also the vita is dated now. 720p screens are not cutting edge anymore. I think Sony/ the Vita had its window of opportunity and fan base but sony waited to long and people lost interest. A much better option would be a shield portable or shield tablet. The shield tablet has a 1920x1200p display and the shield portable has a 720p display. Also you can plug thease devices into your 1080p TV and use them as a console and play games at 1080p. Also the Nvidia tablet has a real controller also the shield portable has a nice built in controller. Also the Tegra 4 in the portable is much more powerful than the VITA. Also the K1 is a Kepler GPU graphics processing unit. It has 192 Kepler cores. Also the games on android here are a few. I just bought the ps vita slim a week ago with the 8gb hits mega pack. I am absolutely loving it. THE VITA IS FREAKING INSANE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR AN EPIC HANDHELD. Cant wait to get gravity rush, killzone mercenary, wipeout 2048, persona 4 golden, guacamelee, and borderlands 2. Uncharted and tearaway that came with the mega hits pack are amazing. Looking forward to also get the nyko battery grip. Awesome console.
Hmm i don't really like the interface of the vita its too weird for me. I liked how the psp interface was it was nice and simple. I may be going for the psp go since its 150 on amazon now and just install custom firmware and load it with a bunch of games.
ShadowReaper I just wouldnt recommend the psp "Go". you cant play physical games. Only downloaded ones. With a restricted amount space. rather than a regular psp (I say 1000) that you can interchange memory sticks and still do all your custom stuff you want. AND its probably cheaper. Just a thought. The PS vita is not enough for its price in my opinion, I think they should just make a xperia play 2 which could basically be a xperia Z2 but with a slide out controller and exclusive games. Android is evolving when it comes to gaming, just look at the nvidia shield and the shield tablet and their exclusive games, nobody needs a PS vita or anything like that anymore (sorry for long comment).
Because there's no good games for it, it's only good for streaming from the PS4, kz:m is decent but what other games does it have? And also if you have a phone in your pocket with gta:sa, mc5, nova3, dt2 and different casual games the why have it take the space of your other pocket?
The PS vita sucks, i had one and you cant do anything with it, the camera is horrible, literaly you just can play games because using the internet (safari, google chrome) there sucks its horrible, at the beggining you will think that is AMAZING but 2 days later you will stop using it, I DONT RECOMEND IT

NO it doesn't but has internal memory of 1gb which you might want to upgrade to a 16gb.
Or you can get the bundle which has ps vita, borderlands 2 and a 8gb card for $200.

Thease are all free to stream games and you can play thease at 1920x1080p on ultra settings on the big screen or on the Nvidia tablet. The shield will play thease games as well but at 720p. Also if you have a NVIDIA GTX 670 series or higher and a good router and good Internet connection you can stream basically all of your PC games to your shield device or play in console mode on your 1080p TV or what ever TV you have as long as it has an HDMI port. Also its android so you get SKYPE, FB, Twitter,Netflix,Hulu,Gmail,UA-cam,Text plus,Yahoo messenger if anyone uses that any more lol,Starz streaming to your tv with your chrome cast and that works for hbo streaming Netflix. SO basically anything thats available on android is available on your shield device. I know this is allot but thats what you get with a shield device allot.

I just bought the ps vita slim a week ago with the 8gb hits mega pack. I am absolutely loving it. THE VITA IS FREAKING INSANE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR AN EPIC HANDHELD. Cant wait to get gravity rush, killzone mercenary, wipeout 2048, persona 4 golden, guacamelee, and borderlands 2. Uncharted and tearaway that came with the mega hits pack are amazing. Looking forward to also get the nyko battery grip. Awesome console.

Hmm i don't really like the interface of the vita its too weird for me. I liked how the psp interface was it was nice and simple. I may be going for the psp go since its 150 on amazon now and just install custom firmware and load it with a bunch of games.
Don't buy the PSP because the psn network was shut down on it. dont buy it!

ShadowReaper I just wouldnt recommend the psp "Go". you cant play physical games. Only downloaded ones. With a restricted amount space. rather than a regular psp (I say 1000) that you can interchange memory sticks and still do all your custom stuff you want. AND its probably cheaper. Just a thought. The PS vita is not enough for its price in my opinion, I think they should just make a xperia play 2 which could basically be a xperia Z2 but with a slide out controller and exclusive games. Android is evolving when it comes to gaming, just look at the nvidia shield and the shield tablet and their exclusive games, nobody needs a PS vita or anything like that anymore (sorry for long comment).

Because there's no good games for it, it's only good for streaming from the PS4, kz:m is decent but what other games does it have? And also if you have a phone in your pocket with gta:sa, mc5, nova3, dt2 and different casual games the why have it take the space of your other pocket?
It's a built in controller in itself, phone gaming is only good for games like flappy bird and super hexagon really.

The PS vita sucks, i had one and you cant do anything with it, the camera is horrible, literaly you just can play games because using the internet (safari, google chrome) there sucks its horrible, at the beggining you will think that is AMAZING but 2 days later you will stop using it, I DONT RECOMEND IT
