AD | Today I'm at Moda, The Mercian in Birmingham, another one of the stunning apartment neighbourhoods of Moda Living - The Mercian. I'm touring one of their beautiful penthouses on the 42nd floor, along with the absolutely incredible amenities you can enjoy if you're a resident here.
With 481 apartments in total at The Mercian, ranging from studio apartments, right up to three-bedroom penthouses, there's the perfect home here for everyone. Let me begin by saying, this apartment will totally blow you away. Being the tallest residential tower in Birmingham, the views are amazing and the floor to ceiling windows allow you to have tonnes of natural light throughout your home and enjoy the views that come from living in this space.
The thoughtfully created furnishings and bespoke interiors amplify the beauty of this apartment and you feel a real sense of calm and positivity as you step inside. It almost feels a world away from the busy city below. Whilst you quite literally have everything you could need within The Mercian itself without even leaving the building, the on-site amenities allow you to live a healthy, rich and well-being focused lifestyle and there's a great community feel, perfect if you're new to the city.
Something else which is brilliant about this neighbourhood, is that it's pet friendly, which is hard to find in the inner city. It is indeed, but that comment about rooftop outdoor space not been a thing in Brum? Lots of apartments especially the new ones all have balconies or rooftop gardens etc

But I love them! Live in a similar building in Manchester and it’s beautiful
But as soon as you step outside…You realise you still live in Birmingham 😞
What a very london comment… 🤦🏻Birmingham is a great city, always lots going on especially central with some of the best bars and restaurants in the U.K./Europe, lots of green spaces and above all that very nice interesting people…
Nothing wrong with Birmingham! There's lots to do and this is a great central area for those choosing Birmingham as their home 🫶🏼
