2019 Mini Cooper speaker upgrade

My attempt at documenting how to remove door panels and upgrade stock speakers. Audio is not good but hopefully some might find it useful (I couldn't find much help online).

Very usefull, any speaker must be better than stock speaker, I will try no my own mini thanks from Guadalajara, Mexico

Were there any issues with clearance as they're (a 43mm mounting depth &) deeper than the stock & Harman Kardon units?

2:22 Clips at top of panel. Do you pull door card towards you to release or do you push door card upwards to release?

I found stock a little muffled. Treble really comes through now. The snap of a snare drum or a cymbal crash are all there. Definitely worth the upgrade.

Unbelievable cheap woofer, sound of original it's better even on a fiat Panda. I must replace also...
