    Regarding Box breathing, I think she meant “4seconds” rather than “4 breaths”. Misspoke?

      By 4 breaths she means inhale, retain, exhale and retain.

    James - one question: when you do the 5.5 sec method you mention in the book, are you supposed to full inhale?
