I'm six foot seven and I have dangerous levels of testosterone. But I loved MLP, I loved the high fantasy feel and seeing your channel always made me feel great. You always brought a new funny angle and made me feel comfortable with myself. You've mentioned a lot how it's super cringey to yourself that you've been involved with such things. And that's been a huge problem in my life. The fact that someone like you could do this much and be this loved changed a lot. You gave me the faith and comfort I needed to keep writing and my stories and creativity grew because of that comfort. I have fictions that are full novel-length and aren't even completed. I have hundreds of fans, not nearly as awesome as you but it's impressive to me. You have a lot of your own problems, but you're much cooler dudes than you like to think. I'll miss your Pony videos a lot, holy shit I will miss them a lot. But you do what you have to do and you know that we are behind you, we love you for all that you've given us and we don't want you to forget that. I’m currently trawling my way through the MLP fandom, or what remains of it. Your content is some of my favorite I’ve found. And I do truly love your way of engaging with MLP- I apologize in advance for the comment spam as I watch them, rewatch them, and obsess over them like I do about everything. But I’m so, so happy that you managed to leave this behind happily, even if it wasn’t entirely a clean break. It’s silly that I’m so happy someone I never really followed is doing okay, but I’ve seen so many stories with MLP creators who either end up in horrible situations, or try to pretend none of it ever happened, and it means a lot that this isn’t one of those. The fact that everything is still here for those of us who showed up late to the party is a lot more heartwarming when I know that the person who made such fantastic things is still around. I don’t know what my point is here. A "Totally Legit Recap" for G5 might be nice. The CGI style should dampen the temptation to go overboard with the editing - way harder to make any alterations look good, so sticking to the basics would look like a more attractive option.
Saw someone mention a 2nd DWK channel somewhere and got confused. Checked DWK channel and see a new video. How was I unaware of this for nearly three months? Watch video and can't stop grinning because DWK is, in fact, not dead. I completely understand the whole "run when it gets hard" thing. It basically sums up every project I've ever tried. Patches my man! Nicotine patches. Start with the strongest ones, and then work your way down until you don't need it anymore. Use medical tape around the edges of the patch to ensure that it stays in place. You may need to chew on gum to help with the oral part of smoking. While going through a 5 pound bag of suckers in a week isn't healthy, it's certainly better than smoking. Heads up about the patches though: Apparently, the dreams you have on the first night of sleeping with one on, are apparently REALLY wild. I've seen nicotine gum work for a friend. They come in fruit and mint flavors. I know that the nicotine replacement stuff is pricey, but it's a solid investment for your long-term health, and you won't have to suck on a harsh vape. Use the store brand stuff rather than the name brands that can afford massive advertising budgets. The store brand is cheaper. Same stuff in both the store brand and name brand stuff. Often times, the store brand stuff (ex: chips, soda, cereal, nicotine replacements) is made by the name brands. I've never been through the slow grueling torture of quitting cigarettes or other highly addictive substances, so I can't give you advice from personal experiences, but I DO know that you are strong enough to kick your addictions. WE know that you are strong enough to kick your addictions. If you have a hard time believing in your ability to kick your addictions, then believe in us. Believe in us, that believe in you.

Let's enjoy them while they are still around!! :DDD Heck, there are even lots of non-UA-cam bronies that share their content with the fandom. This summer, search up "PonyFest Online 5", and check out who all is gonna attend that. There are still a LOT of content creators in this community/fandom.

I avoided getting around to this series for years, thinking it was just a silly thing that shortened each episode in a comedic way. I was pleasantly surprised to see that I was right, but so wrong for putting it off for this long. I only gave it a shot 2 days ago, and have been obsessively watching them every waking moment since. Currently, I just finished “Horse Play”. All I can do is appreciate. It just seems like you keep getting better, and never stagnate. I’ve been disappointed too many times by works in this fandom that have dazzled me, only for them to end abruptly and leave a void inside that feeds on any and all positive emotion that dares to rear its hopeful little head. So I looked ahead and saw this, and the dates at which this and the previous video were released. My hopes were as dashed as they could be until you mentioned the second channel in this video. Thank fucking god! If you quietly fucked off and died, partially as a result of the most successful and fun thing you’ve done with your life (not sure if that’s an exaggeration), I’d think of it before any regrets as I lay on my deathbed. Hopefully you learned your lesson and don’t rush any faster to your death than you already have, because you’re fucking awesome, and I love you. Late by two years and you probably won’t ever see this. But let me just say I feel you man. The whole “All you need is that one excuse” hit me home. I’m only an 18 year old so it’s not like I do anything like drugs and I don’t drink but I know how it feels to have an addiction that greatly affects your home life. Been struggling with an addiction for the last 4-6 years of my life and there were several times I wanted to end it all and hang myself somewhere, then I outside out because I don’t like pain and my religious background makes me fear being dammed to hell. Due to my fear of “what comes next” I spent most of my days crying and coping trying to find reason to continue existing while also trying to stop myself from relapsing… I can’t say I’ve found much luck in that… But I at least don’t feel like killing myself as much as I once did due to some thorough conversations with my parents… I too have loved my little pony since at least season 3 onwards and I didn’t know how to cope with the show ending because it was literally all I had, especially once I left my old school and had no true friends to call my own. I’ve moved on, found anime, managed to land a job, and things have improved, but it took a whole lot of sacrifices, so there’s no need to look back and regret anything. I learned from Fate that it’s best to accept your mistakes because they are what make you human, learn from them and just move on. I did a lot of “Trauma Dumping” when this ain’t even about me but I’m only seeing this video now, I’ll check out the newer channel, and thanks for at least three seasons of totally legit recaps. They were fucking fun and I had a blast laughing until my abdominal muscles ached. I ironically learned a lot of important lessons from watching those that I applied to real life.

Like many people on here my first though is “Oh thank god he’s alive!” It’s heart breaking to hear you been putting yourself through the wringer with the overwork and addition, but inspiring too yeah that you are trying to do better for yourself mentally / physically. Horse famous doesn’t mean much but you and in my circle of friends we quote your shit all the time. You’re great but your great not just because of the tiny horses. You got wit and naunce and all that jazz. Sometimes the best stuff from you wasn’t even the meticulous frame by frame edit stuff, but just hearing your take on a plot point or trying to teach a better moral for the episode. I still link people today your eqg recap that goes into Sunset’s motivations. Your spaghetti palace channel that had the chat about Monster Musume was just as interesting and funny and I didn’t even watch that show. Just trying to tell you, that even if you went full podcast with still images just talking about what you want to talk about, it’ll work. Sure I’ll still want the horses, but I don’t mind signing up for the other ones too or paying into your patreon still. Good on you for making this video and giving us some peace of mind and a new place to look out for your stuff.

I’m currently trawling my way through the MLP fandom, or what remains of it. Your content is some of my favorite I’ve found. And I do truly love your way of engaging with MLP- I apologize in advance for the comment spam as I watch them, rewatch them, and obsess over them like I do about everything.
But I’m so, so happy that you managed to leave this behind happily, even if it wasn’t entirely a clean break. It’s silly that I’m so happy someone I never really followed is doing okay, but I’ve seen so many stories with MLP creators who either end up in horrible situations, or try to pretend none of it ever happened, and it means a lot that this isn’t one of those. The fact that everything is still here for those of us who showed up late to the party is a lot more heartwarming when I know that the person who made such fantastic things is still around.

Let's enjoy them while they are still around!! :DDD Heck, there are even lots of non-UA-cam bronies that share their content with the fandom. This summer, search up "PonyFest Online 5", and check out who all is gonna attend that. There are still a LOT of content creators in this community/fandom.

Hey you ain't alone in the late-to-the-party party. I don't even like the show that much but the breadth of amazing fan-content is still worth exploring even if the peak is over.
I avoided getting around to this series for years, thinking it was just a silly thing that shortened each episode in a comedic way. I was pleasantly surprised to see that I was right, but so wrong for putting it off for this long. I only gave it a shot 2 days ago, and have been obsessively watching them every waking moment since. Currently, I just finished “Horse Play”. All I can do is appreciate. It just seems like you keep getting better, and never stagnate. I’ve been disappointed too many times by works in this fandom that have dazzled me, only for them to end abruptly and leave a void inside that feeds on any and all positive emotion that dares to rear its hopeful little head. So I looked ahead and saw this, and the dates at which this and the previous video were released. My hopes were as dashed as they could be until you mentioned the second channel in this video. Thank fucking god! If you quietly fucked off and died, partially as a result of the most successful and fun thing you’ve done with your life (not sure if that’s an exaggeration), I’d think of it before any regrets as I lay on my deathbed. Hopefully you learned your lesson and don’t rush any faster to your death than you already have, because you’re fucking awesome, and I love you.

I feel like I must have been pretty delusional to not realise that there wasn't someone who might have been struggling in life while making such expertly crafted comically OTT satire. I really can't stand to think you might have resentment for what you created in retrospect but it seems like you've come to terms with what happened and moved on to other things. Dude, as someone who got into MLP in 2011, I cried my eyes out when the show ended and felt kind of empty without it. I know how you feel there. Burn out also really sucks too, I'm very familiar with the feeling. I can't blame you at all with the crazy amount of work you put in.

Late by two years and you probably won’t ever see this. But let me just say I feel you man. The whole “All you need is that one excuse” hit me home. I’m only an 18 year old so it’s not like I do anything like drugs and I don’t drink but I know how it feels to have an addiction that greatly affects your home life. Been struggling with an addiction for the last 4-6 years of my life and there were several times I wanted to end it all and hang myself somewhere, then I outside out because I don’t like pain and my religious background makes me fear being dammed to hell. Due to my fear of “what comes next” I spent most of my days crying and coping trying to find reason to continue existing while also trying to stop myself from relapsing… I can’t say I’ve found much luck in that… But I at least don’t feel like killing myself as much as I once did due to some thorough conversations with my parents… I too have loved my little pony since at least season 3 onwards and I didn’t know how to cope with the show ending because it was literally all I had, especially once I left my old school and had no true friends to call my own.
I’ve moved on, found anime, managed to land a job, and things have improved, but it took a whole lot of sacrifices, so there’s no need to look back and regret anything. I learned from Fate that it’s best to accept your mistakes because they are what make you human, learn from them and just move on.
I did a lot of “Trauma Dumping” when this ain’t even about me but I’m only seeing this video now, I’ll check out the newer channel, and thanks for at least three seasons of totally legit recaps. They were fucking fun and I had a blast laughing until my abdominal muscles ached. I ironically learned a lot of important lessons from watching those that I applied to real life.

It's sad to me to see a lot of MLP content creators go, feels like I missed all the fun party and arrived super late, but I'm just glad to know that you're okay and I can accept you moving on and continuing your journey in life. Like many people on here my first though is “Oh thank god he’s alive!” It’s heart breaking to hear you been putting yourself through the wringer with the overwork and addition, but inspiring too yeah that you are trying to do better for yourself mentally / physically.
Been a fan of you since the first uploads, on your patreon and even checked out your twitter from time to time. Horse famous doesn’t mean much but you and in my circle of friends we quote your shit all the time. You’re great but your great not just because of the tiny horses. You got wit and naunce and all that jazz. Sometimes the best stuff from you wasn’t even the meticulous frame by frame edit stuff, but just hearing your take on a plot point or trying to teach a better moral for the episode. I still link people today your eqg recap that goes into Sunset’s motivations. Your spaghetti palace channel that had the chat about Monster Musume was just as interesting and funny and I didn’t even watch that show.
Just trying to tell you, that even if you went full podcast with still images just talking about what you want to talk about, it’ll work. Sure I’ll still want the horses, but I don’t mind signing up for the other ones too or paying into your patreon still. Good on you for making this video and giving us some peace of mind and a new place to look out for your stuff.
