Butterfly Valley | Camping In A Turkish Paradise 🇹🇷

- Butterfly Valley located in the Fethiye region can only be reached by boat. The best way to get there is from Oludeniz Beach.
Camping at Butterfly Valley.
Here are some of the things you can enjoy.
Camping, sunbathing, eating fine food while watching the sunset, drinking beer, wine, cocktails, swimming, campfire, snorkeling, diving, hiking, climbing, waterfall, party, pirate ships, friendly locals, pet tortoises.
Be careful of the geese as they can attack if you get too close...
This is my first time flying my drone for a video. I was a nervous wreck flying it so the footage is limited. I'll get used to it...

What a treat? Sat there chilling with a sunset and no tourists. Beautiful
Spot on! When there I didn't realise how lucky I was. A positive covid story? 😄

Thanks for the comment I'm glad you liked the video. Have a great time and if you have any more questions feel free to ask 👍
Thanks for posting this! A real eye opener, I was wondering about all the tents when I was there, but yes there was a hippy vibe for sure. I flew in there but left on the last boat out, maybe should have stayed a night! Cheers!

Ye lucky thing! Is it busy there now?
@@PaulTheIrishPainter not as busy as it was when I here the end of October last year , but starting to pick up, there building some stages on the beach and still putting down poles up lagoon, it’s early season still, drove up butterfly valley tonight in car, doing boat trip around to it tomorrow, jet ski and quading today , might do paragliding again although it’s 50e more expensive this time around , weathers nice ,26 tomorrow, I’ve car so prob go back out to that big canyon too,

Thanks a lot pal. It really is an amazing spot. Glad to hear from others that have been there. I hadn't heard of it before arriving in Turkey.
I love the way you travel Paul, each video is been better, keep going.
Thanks a lot Laksmi I'm glad to hear it ☺👍
When I did the jump from Mount 👍👌Babadag I could see the beach you are on, very nice there Paul, thnx 4 the upload.
Love it mate. Loving the drone shots too. 👌
Thanks Mark 👍 My first time using outside of Ireland. I was a nervous wreck. I've had a bit of practice since. Hopefully tje shots will turn out well
Great content Paul. Looks like paradise. You come across very positive and authentic in your videos. keep up the good work and I'm sure your channel will explode soon.
That's very nice of you to say I really appreciate it 👍. I hope you're right. If not I'll still be putting the videos out as I really enjoy it 😉
I love where you are I’ll go there every year to hisaronu what a beautiful place do a walkaround video in hisaronu and keep up the good videos
Robert I stayed in Hisaronu for 3 days and I've some bad news for you. The place is upended with renovations. There's a constant smell of tarmac. It's a few weeks since I was there but the place did not look like it was close to being ready for holiday makers. Are you booked to go back soon? Honestly it's pretty bad right now.
Thanks a lot pal I'm glad you're enjoying the videos
I’m going back there in July Next year hope it is all done bye then thank you for the information Paul have fun out there bro
Hi Paul, beautiful place. I'm planning to come this summer. Where can i book the camping? I can't find it on the internet. Thank you very much
Hi Martina. I didn't book I just went to the Valley and the people working there were waiting for us to get off the boat. They have a reception to the left side of the beach where you can choose whatbki d of tent you want. I think you can actually book from the kiosks on Oludeniz Beach. Other than that I don't believe you can book it. I hope this is helpful
You can book it on Hostelworld
I am a little bit sad that we didn't make it in the video :D It's a great one tho. Finally I have a chance to show my family and friends where I spent summer. Thank you! I hope to see you in Czech republic next time. Tereza and Bahadir
It would have been a much better video with you guys in it. Thought at the time I'd be intrusive taking the camera out 🤦♂️. Glad you like it and please say hello to Bahadir for me
Niceone paul that looks class.
Thanks Marc. It's a great spot. If you get there tell the barman Paul sent ya 😄
No l haven't paul But honestly l would not mind swapping places with you Back in OZ We're on our sixth lockdown Take care Keepem Coming Cheers
Turkey and the Balkans had their lockdowns and have no intentions on going back is what I hear
Hi Paul, I'm going to butterfly valley in mid-September this year and I'm also interested in staying there, but all the websites show prices much higher than what you paid. Do you recommend renting on-site? Thank you.
Sorry I'm only seeing this comment now. It was probably a lot cheaper because I was there during covid. If it's really expensive then you don't really need to stay over night. The boats going to and from are cheap. Stay in Oludeniz if you can find much cheaper. I'm sure boats go back after sunset. Stay for the sunset at least
beautiful video , can you tell me how to rent the tent ??
Thanks mate I'm glad you enjoyed it. It's very easy to rent the tent. When you arrive at the valley the staff working there are waiting to see who wants to rent a tent. Then they'll bring you to the counter where you can see the options of tent sizes, prices etc. Are you going there soon?
@@PaulTheIrishPainter thanks for your great information, yes I will be in fethiye tomorrow night so I am planning to go to the vally on 23rd and 24th
@@safrate awesome I hope its going well 👍
Whens the next video Paul?
Hello Paul looks like you are enjoying yourself Just one question seeing that you don't mind a beer or two what would you rate the beers out of ten
Good question Jim. As I'm sure you know while lying on a beach under the sun the beer may taste a little better. All bias aside. I'd give Efes a 6.5 out of 10. It's a light lager which in my opinion is a great beer for drinking in the heat. In other words it still tastes good when warm. Can't say that for a lot of beers. Have you tried Efes? It's the main beer in Turkey
