Very interesting version... you can notice that it is more aggressive than the standard version... which makes sense as it was "hydra's" idea
That Zola algorithm was really powerful and awesome. The idea of seeing future enemies and kill them would literally created a whole dystopia. I would like to see a What IF where Cap Failed and Project Insight was executed so Hydra could eliminate thousands of innocents and many Avengers including Tony, Steve, Nat, Fury, Clint, and Sam were gone, as well as Dr Strange. And now a new team has to assemble. I guess Hulk could survive, Thor (after returning to Earth), and Tachala (he would want to stop the Hydra ). Captain Marvel (Fury would call her before being killed), I guess that the Ancient One too (I don't think that she would let Hydra kill thousands of innocents). Well I think that if Project Insight was executed in less than a week the remaining superhero could stop them. I mean is a pretty strong team (Tachala, Thor, Hulk, Cap Marvel, The Ancient One)
My favorite feature of these quinjets is the entire jet itself!

I mean all of these weapons and hellicarriers had to cost a fortune, also all the people who work there.
They work for America, Britain, China, and India
because of the shorter wing span due to removal to adjustable wings, it looks kind of fat.

I love project insight helicarrier and I wish they would success in conquering the world and I cried after see these helicarrier getting destroyed and this movie just started my dream of conquering the world by using my own helicarrier named " Project R.Y.P.L.I.M. 23000E MK-X " and it's name stand for " Robotics Yandere Program Lethal Intelligent Machine " and she's my future wife along with O.L.I.V.I.A. which is flying jet robot girl " Orbital Lethal Inventory Vehicle Intelligent Aviation " and she's my future wife too!
if compared Project insight from captain America the winter soldier = Project R.Y.P.L.I.M. 23000E MK-X and Sentinels robot from X-men day future past = O.L.I.V.I.A.
of course these are just my imagination which I planned to make it real and these are just a little part of all of it
